Reasezarile tehnologice din industria chimica romaneasca coroborate cu noile cerinte privind eficacitatea energetica pentru echipamentele industriale si cu cercetarile efectuate in cadrul firmei DAILY SOURCING & RESEARCH SRL, au determinat identificarea unor solutii de incalzire pentru reactoare chimice industriale care sa contribuie semnificativ la reducerea poluarii mediului si a consumurilor energetice. Rezultatele acestor cercetari au condus la solicitarea si achizitionarea unei cercetari privind un nou tip de reactor chimic cu incalzire conductiva prin strat ceramic incalzit cu microunde, limita termica superioara de lucru a acestui tip de reactor fiind extinsa in domeniul 400 - 500 grade C. Obiectivul principal al proiectului propus il reprezinta cresterea capacitatii si a infrastructurii de cercetare-dezvoltare si productie a DAILY SOURCING & RESEARCH SRL, prin realizarea unei linii tehnologice bazata pe reactoare cu manta ceramica (care absorb energia microundelor si o transforma cu randament ridicat in caldura), pentru fabricarea de rasini din deseuri precum uleiuri vegetale / uleiuri vegetale uzate/ uleiuri animale + glicerina uzata si fulgi de polietilen tereftalat PET. Obiectivul se incadreaza in preocuparile de baza ale firmei privind diversificarea alternativelor de valorificare a deseurilor pentru obtinerea de structuri cu proprietati controlate cu valoare adaugata mare. Prin scopul si obiectivele propuse, firma DAILY SOURCING & RESEARCH SRL, tip IMM, va realiza un proiect pentru intreprinderi nou-create inovatoare desfasurand activitati de cercetare industriala, dezvoltare experimentala, activitati de inovare si transferul rezultatelor cercetarii obtinute in activitatea sa productiva. The technological reactions of the Romanian chemical industry in conjunction with the new energy efficiency requirements for industrial equipment and with the research carried out within DAILY SOURCING & RESEARCH SRL, have led to the identification of heating solutions for industrial chemical reactors that contribute significantly to reducing environmental pollution and energy consumption. The results of these researches led to the request and acquisition of a research on a new type of chemical reactor with conductive conductive heating by microwave heated ceramic layer, the superior thermal limit of this type of reactor being extended in the 400-500 degrees C domain. The main objective of the proposed project is to increase the capacity and the R & D development and production infrastructure of DAILY SOURCING & RESEARCH SRL, by creating a technological line based on ceramic mantle reactors (which absorb microwave energy and transform it with high heat efficiency), for the manufacture of resins from waste materials such as vegetable oils/vegetable oil. The objective falls within the company’s core concerns regarding the diversification of waste recovery alternatives for obtaining structures with high added value controlled properties. Through its goal and objectives, the company DAILY SOURCING & RESEARCH SRL, SME type, will realise a project for newly created innovative enterprises carrying out industrial research activities, experimental development, innovation activities and the transfer of research results obtained in its productive activity.
