Rezultatele aşteptate în urma implementării proiectului vizează rambursarea cheltuielilor de tip salarial pentru 83 de posturi aferente OI Transport, contribuind astfel la îndeplinirea obiectivului specific privind sprijinirea sistemului de remunerare a personalului cu atribuții în gestionarea POIM din cadrul OI Transport. Sprijinirea sistemului de remunerare a personalului va conduce la atingerea obiectivului general, respectiv îmbunătățirea managementului resurselor umane care asigura stabilitatea, calificarea și motivarea adecvată a personalului cu atribuții în gestionarea, coordonarea și controlul FESI pentru perioada de programare 2014-2020. În consecinţa acestor activităţi, se va crea cadrul pentru întărirea capacității beneficiarilor, precum şi pentru atingerea obiectivelor stabilite în POAT 2014-2020. (Romanian)

The expected results from the implementation of the project aim at the reimbursement of salary costs for 83 IB Transport posts, thus contributing to the specific objective of supporting the system of remuneration of staff entrusted with the management of the IB Transport LIOP. Support for the staff remuneration system will lead to the overall objective of improving human resources management that ensures the stability, qualification and adequate motivation of staff involved in the management, coordination and control of the ESIF for the 2014-2020 programming period. As a result of these activities, the framework will be created to strengthen the capacity of beneficiaries as well as to achieve the objectives set out in POAT 2014-2020. (English)
