Αντικείμενο του έργου είναι η κωδικοποίηση του συνόλου της νομοθεσίας που αφορά στον τομέα του Τουρισμού.Στόχος της κωδικοποίησης είναι η συγκέντρωση, ενοποίηση, εκκαθάριση και συστηματική ταξινόμηση των νομοθετικών κειμένων και κανονιστικών διατάξεων του συγκεκριμένου τομέα πολιτικής. Δικαιούχος του έργου είναι η Κοινωνία της Πληροφορίας ΑΕ και Φορέας Λειτουργίας το Υπουργείο Οικονομίας, Ανάπτυξης και Τουρισμού(νυν πουργεί Ανάπτυξης και Επενδύσεων). Το έργο υλοποιείται με προσφυγή σε εξωτερικό ανάδοχο και συνολικό προϋπολογισμό 238.885,58 ευρώ. (Greek)

The purpose of the project is to codify all legislation relating to the tourism sector. The aim of codification is the collection, consolidation, clearance and systematic classification of legislative texts and regulations in this policy area. The beneficiary of the project is the Information Society SA and the Ministry of Economy, Development and Tourism (now developing and investing) as well as the Ministry of Economy, Development and Tourism. The project is implemented by recourse to an external contractor and a total budget of EUR 238 885.58. (English)
