Ve městě Brně existuje značné zatížení dluhy na nájemném městských bytů. Stávající pracovníci MČ nemají kapacity ani potřebné kompetence na dlouhodobou intenzivní práci s dlužníky. Zároveň není nastavena systémová spolupráce pracovníků bytových odborů s pracovníky Odboru sociální péče či organizacemi poskytujícími sociální služby. Projekt cílí na snížení míry zadluženosti u osob z CS v zapojených MČ prostřednictvím vytvoření funkčního a univerzálně použitelného systému prevence ztráty bydlení. (Czech)

In Brno, there is a significant burden on rental apartments. The existing MČ workers have neither the capacity nor the necessary competences to engage in long-term intensive work with borrowers. At the same time, there is no system for the systematic cooperation of workers in housing unions with the workers of the Social Welfare Department or social services organisations. The project aims at reducing the indebtedness of the CB in the involved MOs through the establishment of a functional and universal system of prevention of housing loss. (English)
