Globálnym cieľom projektu je podporiť rozvoj ľudských zdrojov, ich celoživotného učenia a plnohodnotného začlenenia sa na trh práce a zlepšenie ich sociálnej situácie v obci Dolná Strehová v Banskobystrickom kraji. Ide predovšetkým o podporu sociálnej inklúzie a pozitívnych zmien v komunitách s dôrazom na MRK, prostredníctvom rastu počtu rómskych domácností s prístupom k zlepšeným podmienkam bývania. Globálny cieľ bude naplnený špecifickým cieľom projektu, ktorý môžeme zadefinovať prostredníctvom aktivít projektu ako dobudovanie systému triedeného zberu a odvozu komunálneho odpadu v tejto obci vybudovaním zberného dvoru a stojík na umiestnenie zberných nádob a obstaranie techniky. K hlavnej aktivite projektu sú priradené merateľné ukazovatele, ktoré priamo napĺňajú ciele projektu. Dobudovaním systému triedeného zberu a odvozu komunálného odpadu sa dosiahne predovšetkým zlepšenie podmienok bývania pre rómske domácnosti a zároveň sa v dôsledku realizácie projektu vytvoria 2 pracovné miesta cielene pre MRK prostredníctvom uplatnenia sociálneho aspektu vo verejnom obstrávaní. Výsledkom projektu tak bude predovšetkým zlepšenie podmienok bývania rómskych domácností prostredníctvom dobudovania systému triedeného zberu a odvozu komunálného odpadu v obci. (Slovak)

The global goal of the project is to support the development of human resources, their lifelong learning and full integration into the labour market and the improvement of their social situation in the village of Dolná Strehová in Banská Bystrica region. In particular, promoting social inclusion and positive changes in communities, with an emphasis on CLLD, through the growth of Roma households with access to improved housing conditions. The global objective will be met by the specific objective of the project, which we can define through the activities of the project, such as the completion of the system of separate collection and collection of municipal waste in this municipality by building a collection yard and standing on the location of collection vessels and the procurement of equipment. Measurable indicators that directly meet the objectives of the project are assigned to the main activity of the project. The completion of the separate collection and disposal system of municipal waste will in particular achieve improved housing conditions for Roma households and, at the same time, will create 2 jobs targeted for CLLD as a result of the implementation of the project through the application of the social aspect in public digestion. In particular, the project will result in improving housing conditions for Roma households through the completion of a separate collection and disposal system for municipal waste in the municipality.
