S postupným rozvojom poznatkov vedy a techniky aj zamestnávatelia menia svoje požiadavky na zručnosti a vedomosti zamestnancov. Aby stredná odborná škola vyhovela týmto požiadavkám trhu práce, musí pravidelne dopĺňať a modernizovať učebné osnovy a nevyhnutne aj modernizovať materiálno-technické a priestorové vybavenie pracovísk odborného vzdelávania. Práve prostredníctvom tohto projektu plánujeme zatraktívniť štúdium technických predmetov a doplniť vybavenie o moderné stroje a zariadenia do budovaného Centra odborného vzdelávania a prípravy pre zváranie a nedeštruktívne technológie v Strednej odbornej škole technickej v Tlmačoch. Hlavným cieľom projektu je zvýšiť počet žiakov na praktickom vyučovaní a to najmä modernizáciou vybavenia odborných učební - pre virtuálne a robotické zváranie, CNC techniky, elektrických meraní a PLC systémov, CAD/CAM systémov, pre automatizáciu a riadenie, aby sme prilákali vyšší počet záujemcov o štúdium technických odborov v regióne a zároveň naplnili potreby zamestnávateľov regiónu na kvalifikovanú pracovnú silu. Dovybavením COVP pre zváranie a nedeštruktívne technológie vznikne účelný a moderný komplex, ktorý bude poskytovať vzdelávanie nielen žiakom, ale aj ďalším záujemcom v rámci celoživotného vzdelávania. With the gradual development of science and technology knowledge, employers are also changing their skills and knowledge requirements for employees. In order to meet these demands of the labour market, the secondary vocational school must regularly complement and modernise the curricula and, necessarily, modernise the material-technical and spatial equipment of the vocational training sites. It is through this project that we plan to make the study of technical subjects more attractive and to supplement the equipment with modern machines and equipment to the built Centre of Vocational Education and Training for Welding and Non-Destructive Technologies at the Secondary Technical School in Tlmačy. The main objective of the project is to increase the number of pupils in practical teaching, especially by modernising the equipment of professional classrooms – for virtual and robotic welding, CNC techniques, electrical measurements and PLC systems, CAD/CAM systems, automation and management, in order to attract a higher number of interested in studying technical fields in the region while meeting the needs of the region’s employers for skilled labour. The retrofitting of COVP for welding and non-destructive technologies will create a purposeful and modern complex that will provide education not only to pupils but also to other interested parties within the framework of lifelong learning.
