V obci Boliarov žije početné zastúpenie obyvateľov z radov príslušníkov MRK. V obci žije 892 obyvateeľov, z toho 640 občanov pochádza z MRK. K problémom obce patrí vysoký počet trestných činov a priestupov, ako sú násilné trestné činy, konflikty medzi obyvateľmi, krádeže, výtržníctvo, nedodržiavanie nočného kľudu, vandalizmus, poškodzovanie verejného majetku, majetku podnikov, nekontrolovaný zber, resp. krádeže železného šrotu a iných kovov, ohrozovanie bezpečnosti cestnej premávky, čistota verejných priestranstiev, budovanie nelegálnych stavieb a zakladanie čiernych skládok, nepriaznivý stav obydlí príslušníkov marginalizovaných komunít, nielen čo sa týka hygienických pomerov ale aj rizika požiarov, ako aj vypaľovanie trávnatých porastov (hrozba požiarov ako aj environmentálne narušenia), problémy s udržiavaním poriadku na pošte pri vyplácaní sociálnych dávok, nevhodne využívaný voľný čas u kategórie detí a mládeže, nekontrolované stretávanie sa mládeže, najmä v neskorých hodinách, užívanie alkoholických a iných návykových látok a nárast závislosti a výskytu ďalších sociálno-patologických javov, možné riziko nákaz z dôvodu vysokého počtu túlavých psov a mačiek ako aj výskytu veľkého množstva hlodavcov a ďalšie iné javy, ktoré je potrebné riešiť. Problémy v obci súvisia najmä s vysokým percentom nezamestnanosti dospelých, ktorá sa stáva aj negatívne pôsobiacim príkladom pre deti a mládež. Máme skúsenosti s terénnou sociálnou prácou v obci, ktorá čiastočne eliminovala uvedené problematické javy. Napriek terénnej sociálnej práci v obci mnohé z problémov pretrvávajú aj naďalej.V obci v súčasnosti absentuje miestna občianska poriadková služba. Na základe skúseností iných obcí, ktoré v minulosti zriadili občianske hliadky, môžeme potvrdiť účelnosť zriadenia miestnej občianskej poriadkovej služby (MOPS) prostredníctvom ŽoNFP v našej obci. Cieľ projektu: Zvýšiť zamestnanosť príslušníkov marginalizovaných komunít, predovšetkým MRK a zvýšiť bezpečnosť obyvateľov v obci Boliarov. Cieľové skupiny sú tvorené:príslušníkmi a obyvateľmi marginalizovaných komunít, s dôrazom na MRK,zamestnancami štátnej správy a samosprávy pracujúcimi s marginalizovanými komunitami , predovšetkým s MRKNepriame cieľové skupiny sú tvorené ostatnými obyvateľmi obce, návštevníkmi obce, príbuznými obyvateľov obce a pod.. In the village of Boliarov there is a large number of inhabitants from among the members of the MRC. There are 892 inhabitants in the village, 640 of whom come from the MRK. The municipality’s problems include the high number of crimes and offences such as violent crimes, conflicts between residents, theft, disorderly behaviour, non-compliance with night-time peace, vandalism, damage to public property, business property, uncontrolled collection or theft of ferrous scrap and other metals, threats to road safety, cleanliness of public spaces, construction of illegal buildings and the establishment of black landfills, the unfavourable condition of the dwellings of marginalised communities, not only in terms of hygiene but also the risk of fire, as well as burning of grasslands (threat of fires as well as environmental disruptions); problems with maintaining order in the post office when paying social benefits, inappropriate use of leisure time in the children’s and youth categories, uncontrolled youth meetings, especially in late hours, use of alcohol and other addictive substances and an increase in dependence and the incidence of other socio-pathological phenomena, the possible risk of infection due to the high number of stray dogs and cats, as well as the occurrence of a large number of rodents and other other phenomena that need to be addressed. The problems in the village are mainly due to the high percentage of adult unemployment, which is also becoming a negative example for children and young people. We have experience with field social work in the village, which partially eliminated these problematic phenomena. Despite field social work in the village, many of the problems persist. There is currently no local civil order service in the village. Based on the experience of other municipalities that have established civil patrols in the past, we can confirm the expediency of setting up a local civil order service (MOPS) through the grant application in our village. Objective of the project: Increase the employment of members of marginalised communities, in particular the CLLD, and increase the security of the population in the municipality of Boliarov. Target groups are tvorené:príslušníkmi and residents of marginalised communities, with an emphasis on CLLD, government employees and municipalities working with marginalised communities, especially MRKIndirect target groups are made up of other inhabitants of the village, visitors of the village, relatives of the village, etc. (English)
