Projekt „Rekonštrukcia MŠ P.O.Hviezdoslava, Veľké Kapušany“ sa zameriava na zníženie energetickej náročnosti jestvujúcej materskej školy na ulici P.O.Hviezdoslava 1644 (č.65) v intraviláne obce Veľké Kapušany na sídlisku P.O.Hviezdoslava, v okrese Michalovce. Materskú školu v súčasnosti navštevuje 152 detí. V areáli materskej školy sa nachádzajú tri samostatne stojace Pavilón A+B, Pavilón C a Pavilón D, ktoré sú navzájom poprepájané pergolami. Predkladaný projekt bude realizovaný prostredníctvom jednej hlavnej aktivity „Zníženie energetickej náročnosti MŠ P.O.Hviezdoslava“, ktorá zahŕňa zateplenie obvodového a strešného plášťa a výmenu okenných výplní. Realizácia projektu je naplánovaná na 6 mesiacov.Dôvodom obnovy objektu je nevyhovujúci stav posudzovaných obvodových konštrukcií a z toho vyplývajúca ich znížená funkčnosť a vysoká energetická náročnosť.Cieľom projektu je zníženie spotreby energie a zvýšenie teploizolačných vlastnosti budovy materskej školy. Stavebné úpravy vo všetkých troch objektoch zahŕňajú zateplenie obvodového plášťa celého objektu z exteriérovej strany kontaktným zatepľovacím systémom, zateplenie sokla, zateplenie strešnej konštrukcie, výmenu pôvodných okien a dverí za nové plastové okná a dvere.Úspora mernej potreby tepla po ukončení realizácie projektu bude nižšia o 61,7 %. The project “Reconstruction of MŠ P.O.Hviezdoslava, Veľké Kapušany” aims to reduce the energy intensity of the existing kindergarten on the street P.O.Hviezdoslava 1644 (No.65) in the village Veľké Kapušany in the housing estate of P.O.Hviezdoslava, in the Michalovce district. There are currently 152 children attending kindergarten. In the area of the kindergarten there are three detached pavilion A+B, Pavilion C and Pavilion D, which are interconnected with pergolas. The present project will be implemented through one main activity “Reducing the energy intensity of MŠ P.O.Hviezdoslava”, which includes insulation of the perimeter and roof covering and the replacement of window fillers. Implementation of the project is planned for 6 months.The reason for the renovation of the building is the poor state of the considered circuit structures and resulting their reduced functionality and high energy intensity.The aim of the project is to reduce energy consumption and increase the thermal insulation properties of the building of the kindergarten. Construction modifications in all three buildings include insulation of the outer shell of the whole building from the exterior side of the contact insulation system, insulation of the plinth, insulation of the roof structure, replacement of original windows and doors with new plastic windows and doors.Saving of specific heat needs after the completion of the project will be reduced by 61.7 %.
