Predkladaný projekt je zameraný na zvýšenie EHB Spojenej školy Žilina, a rieši nedostatky v tepelnotechnickej, energetickej a hygienickej oblasti. V rámci realizácie pôjde o 2 budovy (školská jedáleň, budova školy), kde na základe spracovaného EA vyšlo najavo, že objekty vykazujú nedostatočné tepelno-izolačné vlastnosti, zlý stav svietidiel a rozvodov ÚK a TV, s negatívnym dopadom na zvýšenú energetickú a finančnú náročnosť. Projektom sa zrealizuje výmena výplní otvorov, zateplenie obvodových a strešných plášťov, sekundárne rozvody ÚK a TV s cirkuláciou, vykurovanie MaR (nové rozvody vykurovania a vykurovacích telies v budovách), výmena svietidiel za nové úsporné (hradené z vlastných finančných zdrojov ŽSK) v súlade s platnou PD.Obe budovy majú bezbariérové vstupy, ktoré ostanú aj po realizácii projektu. Plánuje sa dosiahnuť úspora energie na vykurovanie vo výške 76,60 % pre jedáleň a 76,10 % pre budovu školy; úspora energie na osvetlenie pre jedáleň bude 74,96 % a pre budovu školy 64,25 %; globálny ukazovateľ primárnej energie pre jedáleň sa dostane na úroveň 111,67 kWh/(m2.a) a pre budovu školy 61,54 kWh/(m2.a) a taktiež dôjde k zníženiu produkcií sledovaných emisií. Oba objekty budov sa dostanú po projekte do energetickej triedy B - nízkoenergetická budova (Slovak)

The present project is aimed at increasing the EHB of the United School Žilina, and addresses shortcomings in the thermal, energy and hygiene fields. Within the framework of the implementation, there will be 2 buildings (school canteen, school building), where on the basis of the processed EA it became clear that the objects exhibit insufficient thermal insulation properties, poor condition of lighting and distribution of CEC and TV, with a negative impact on increased energy and financial intensity. The project will realise the replacement of fillings of openings, insulation of perimeter and roof coverings, secondary distribution of ÚK and TV with circulation, heating MaR (new distribution of heating and heating elements in buildings), replacement of luminaires for new energy saving (reserved from own financial resources ŽSK) in accordance with valid PD.Obe buildings have barrier-free inputs, which will remain after the implementation of the project. Energy savings for heating of 76.60 % for the canteen and 76.10 % for the school building are planned; energy savings for lighting will be 74.96 % for the canteen and 64.25 % for the school building; the global primary energy indicator for the canteen will reach 111.67 kWh/(m².a) and 61.54 kWh/(m².a) for the school building, as well as reducing the production of monitored emissions.
