Το έργο περιλαμβάνει (8) Σταθμούς Τηλεϊατρικής στις εξής δομές υγείας: Κέντρο Υγείας (Κ.Υ.) Πλωμαρίου, Κ.Υ. Πολυχνίτου, Π.Π.Ι. Αγ. Ευστρατίου, Π.Π.Ι. Βολισσού, Π.Π.Ι. Θύμαινας, Π.Π.Ι. Καρδαμύλων, Π.Π.Ι. Ψαρών και ένα σταθμός στο Κέντρο Αεροδιακομιδών του ΕΚΑΒ. Τα βασικά πάντως λειτουργικά χαρακτηριστικά και δυνατότητες του συστήματος τηλεϊατρικής θα μπορούσαν εν συντομία να περιγραφούν ως εξής: Τηλεδιάγνωσή, Τηλε-εκπαίδευση, Τηλεδιάσκεψη και κατ οίκον μέριμνα και παρακολούθηση. The project includes (8) Telemedicine Stations in the following health structures: Health Center (K.Y.) Plomari, Polychnitou, P.P.I. Ag. Efstratiou, P.P.I. Volissos, P.P.I. Thymenas, P.P.I. Kardamyli, P.P.I. Psara and a station at the EKAB Aerodrome Center. However, the basic functional characteristics and capabilities of the telemedicine system could be briefly described as follows: Telediagnosis, tele-education, videoconferencing and home care and surveillance.
