    Společnost ČSAD Autobusy České Budějovice a.s. se v současné době potýká s vysokým počtem zaměstnanců ve věkové kategorii 50+ (více než 60%) Současně se společnost potýká s nedostatkem pracovních sil. Projektem chce žadatel vytvořit prostředí a podmínky, které by byly pro vyšší věkovou kategorii přívětivé, upravit stávající systém personálního řízení s ohledem na věk a připravit se na stárnutí populace (zaměstnanců) a tím i omezit odliv stávajících kvalifikovaných a zkušených zaměstnanců.
