    Obiectivul general al proiectului de constructie a variantei de ocolire Barlad este acela de a realiza o conexiune intre infrastructura existenta la profil de drum national, cu devierea traficului de tranzit in exteriorul localitatii. In mod direct, implementarea va conduce la Imbunatatirea competitivitatii economice a României prin dezvoltarea infrastructurii de transport care faciliteaza integrarea economica in UE, contribuind astfel la dezvoltarea pietii interne cu scopul de a creea conditiile pentru cresterea volumului investitiilor, promovarea transportului durabil si a coeziunii in reteaua de drumuri europene. Realizarea prezentului proiect de construire a variantei de ocolire Barlad contribuie la atingerea indicatorului de rezultat 2S11 – Timpul mediu de călătorie pe rețeaua rutieră TEN-T. (Romanian)

    The general objective of the Barlad bypass project is to make a connection between the existing infrastructure at the national road profile, with the diversion of transit traffic outside the locality. Directly, implementation will lead to improving Romania’s economic competitiveness by developing transport infrastructure that facilitates economic integration in the EU, thus contributing to the development of the internal market in order to create the conditions for increasing the volume of investments, promoting sustainable transport and cohesion in the European road network. The implementation of this project to build the Barlad bypass contributes to achieving the result indicator 2S11 – Average travel time on the TEN-T road network. (English)
