Obiectivul general al proiectului consta in dotarea cu echipamente/ dispozitive electronice pentru desfasurarea activitatii didactice in mediul online, respectiv crearea unei retele LAN si cu accesibilitate wireless care sa sustina activitatile didactice desfasurate in regim online pentru 921 de studenti care beneficiaza de burse sociale si burse sociale ocazionale din cadrul Universitatii de Vest din Timisoara, in vederea cresterii gradului de accesibilitate si conectivitate in invatamantul universitar. Proiectul va contribui la asigurarea unui mediu coerent, integrat si protejat in cadrul Universitatii de Vest din Timisoara, ca urmare a contextului actual, si raspunde nevoilor specifice ale studentilor care beneficiaza de burse sociale si burse sociale ocazionale de a utiliza sustinut si coerent comunicatia multimedia ca resursa in procesul educational modern. Infrastructura dezvoltata va permite ca orele de pregatire din timpul activitatilor didactice sa se poata desfasura on-line, pentru a evita contactul direct al studentilor cu cadrele didactice si cu ceilalti studenti, precum și pentru a preveni riscul de infectare cu coronavirusul SARS-CoV-2. Studentii care beneficiaza de burse sociale si burse sociale ocazionale pot participa in conditii optime la activitatile didactice necesare procesului de invatamant, avand acces la resurse TIC. The general objective of the project is to equip with electronic equipment/devices for carrying out the teaching activity in the online environment, namely the creation of a LAN network and wireless accessibility to support the teaching activities carried out online for 921 students who benefit from social scholarships and occasional social scholarships from the West University of Timisoara, in order to increase accessibility and connectivity in university education. The project will contribute to ensuring a coherent, integrated and protected environment within the West University of Timisoara, as a result of the current context, and responds to the specific needs of students who benefit from social scholarships and occasional social scholarships to use sustained and coherent multimedia communication as a resource in the modern educational process. The developed infrastructure will allow training hours during teaching activities to take place online, in order to avoid direct contact of students with teachers and other students, as well as to prevent the risk of infection with SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus. Students who benefit from social scholarships and occasional social scholarships can participate in optimal conditions in the teaching activities necessary for the educational process, having access to ICT resources.
