Předmětem projektu je vytvoření a implementace nového informačního systému pro elektronický oběh dokumentů a dále pak rozvoj IS MAGIS o IS inventarizace majetku a evidence docházky. Celkem tedy vzniknou a budou v MDPO, a.s. 3 informační systémy s devíti funkcionalitami. Cíle jsou zefektivnění komunikace a vazby mezi jednotlivými odděleními;dostupnost informací a dat odkudkoli a kdykoli;zefektivnění řídících a administrativních činností MDPO, a.s.;úspora času a nákladů, elektronizace procesů. The project involves the creation and implementation of a new information system for the electronic circulation of documents, as well as the development of the IS mask on the inventory of property and the recording of attendance.
