Obiectivul general al proiectului il reprezinta incurajarea economiei sociale prin infiintarea de intreprinderi sociale, in vederea integrarii pe piata fortei de munca a persoanelor din grupurile vulnerabile din regiunile Sud-Vest, Sud-Est si Sud. Obiectivul general al proiectului este in linie cu Obiectivul tematic 9: « Promovarea incluziunii sociale, combaterea saraciei si a oricarei forme de discriminare ”, cu Prioritatea de investitii 9.v “Promovarea antreprenoriatului social si a integrarii vocaționale in intreprinderile sociale si economia sociala si solidara pentru a facilita accesul la ocuparea forței de munca ” si cu Obiectivul specific 4.16. “Consolidarea capacitații intreprinderilor de economie sociala de a funcționa intr-o maniera auto sustenabila ”. Proiectul va constitui o premisa pentru contracararea efectelor negative ale ajustarilor structurale generate de criza economico-financiara prin incurajarea unui mediu favorabil initiativei si dezvoltarii intreprinderilor sociale, prin imbunatatirea statutului economic si social al persoanelor care vor sa infiinteze o intreprindere sociala si prin cresterea gradului de ocupare a persoanelor vulnerabile. Astfel, acestia vor putea derula o activitate economica sustenabila, profitabila, fiind astfel stabilite premisele pentru indeplinirea misiunii sociale a intreprinderii, pentru sustinerea locurilor de munca create, in special pentru persoanele vulnerabile, pentru o calitate mai buna a vietii acestor persoane (din multiple perspective – financiar, social, psihologic) si a comunitatii in ansamblul sau. In plus, participarea la astfel de actiuni formative are o valoare adaugata semnificativa, reprezentand o oportunitate reala de reconversie si de incepere a unei noi activitati pentru persoanele specializate in Pe termen lung, beneficiile generate de proiect vizeaza oferirea unui trai decent pentru cei 120 de membri ai grupului tinta, prin prezentarea antreprenoriatului social ca si alternativa in cariera si prin furnizarea programelor de formare profesionala in domeniul antreprenoriatului social. Implementarea proiectului va conduce la sustinerea a 21 de intreprinderi sociale nou infiintate (prin intermediul schemei de minimis) si la crearea a cel putin 105 locuri de munca - acestea vor avea un impact pozitiv asupra mediului de afaceri si asupra nivelului de trai al populatiei din regiunile Sud Vest, Sud Est si Sud Muntenia. De asemenea, prin misiunile sociale ale intreprinderilor nou create, va fi sustinuta si dezvoltata comunitatea din regiunile de implementare a proiectului. Totodata, statul beneficiaza in mod indirect de implementarea proiectului, avand in vedere reducerea ratei somajului in randul persoanelor vulnerabile si nu numai, si cresterea economica generata de noile intreprinderi infiintate. The general objective of the project is to encourage the social economy by setting up social enterprises, in order to integrate people from vulnerable groups from South-West, South-East and South regions on the labour market. The general objective of the project is in line with Thematic Objective 9: “Promoting social inclusion, combating poverty and any form of discrimination”, with the Investment Priority 9.v “Promoting social entrepreneurship and vocational integration in social enterprises and the social and solidarity economy to facilitate access to employment” and with Specific Objective 4.16. “Strengthening the capacity of social economy enterprises to operate in a self-sustainable manner”. The project will be a prerequisite for countering the negative effects of structural adjustments caused by the economic and financial crisis by encouraging an environment favourable to the initiative and the development of social enterprises, by improving the economic and social status of people who want to set up a social enterprise and by increasing the employment rate of vulnerable people. Thus, they will be able to carry out a sustainable, profitable economic activity, thus establishing the prerequisites for fulfilling the social mission of the enterprise, for supporting the jobs created, especially for vulnerable people, for a better quality of life of these people (from multiple perspectives – financial, social, psychological) and of the community as a whole. In addition, participation in such training actions has a significant added value, representing a real opportunity to reconvert and start a new activity for people specialised in Long term, the benefits generated by the project aim to provide a decent living for the 120 members of the target group, by presenting social entrepreneurship as an alternative in career and by providing vocational training programs in the field of social entrepreneurship. The implementation of the project will lead to the support of 21 newly established social enterprises (through the de minimis scheme) and to the creation of at least 105 jobs – these will have a positive impact on the business environment and the living standards of the population in the regions of South West, South East and South Muntenia. Also, through the social missions of newly created enterprises, the community in the project implementation regions will be supported and developed. At the same time, the state benefits indirectly from the implementation of the project, considering the reduction of the unemployment rate among the vulnerable and not only, and the economic growth generated by the new enterprises set up.
