ADMINISTRATIA REZERVATIEI BIOSFEREI DELTA DUNARII TULCEA

Obiectivul general al proiectului: Revizuirea Planului de Management si a regulamentului RBDD pentru aria naturală protejată, sit Natura 2000, Rezervatia Biosferei Delta Dunarii pentru cresterea gradului de protectie si conservare a biodiversitatii. Prin implementarea proiectului se va realiza o revizuire de ansamblu si de amananunt a speciilor si habitatelor atat de interes comunitar cat si cele cu grad ridicat de vulnerabilitate. Planul de management al Rezervatiei Biosferei Delta Dunarii reprezinta instrumentul primordial pentru ca institutia ARBDD sa poata opera corespunzator in aria protejata pe care o are in custodie. Deficientele actualului plan de management in baza caruia se realizeaza actiuni pentru protejarea biodiversitatii Deltei Dunarii sunt : lipsa hartilor si a cartarilor speciilor si habitatelor , lipsa planurilor de monitorizare si in plus in anul 2020 isi va pierde valabilitatea. Proiectul contribuie direct la obtinerea de harti si cartearea speciilor si habitatelor , a planul de actiuni si masuri pentru imbunatatirea starii de conservare a speciilor si habitatelor de importanta comunitara in concordanta cu OUG 57/2007 privind regimul ariilor naturale protejate, conservarea habitatelor naturale, a florei si faunei salbatice si HG nr 230/2003 privind delimitarea rezervatiilor biosferei, parcurilor nationale si parcurilor naturale si constituirea administratiilor acestora. Proiectul va fi implementat pe teritoriul a 3 situri Natura 2000, siturile de importanta comunitara ( SCI) si arii de protectie speciala avifaunistica (SPA) dupa cum urmeaza: Rezervatia Biosferei Delta Dunarii ROSPA0031 Delta Dunarii si Complexul Razim – Sinoie, ROSCI0066 Delta Dunarii-zona marina ROSCI0065 Delta Dunarii Zona acoperita de proiect in suprafata de 721 261 ha cuprinde siturile Retelei Natura 2000, situl ROSPA0031 reprezentand si 70,5 % , ROSCI0065 62,9 % , ROSCI0066 29,5 % (Romanian)

General objective of the project: Review of the Management Plan and RBDD regulation for the protected natural area, Natura 2000 site, Danube Delta Biosphere Reserve to increase the protection and conservation of biodiversity. Through the implementation of the project a comprehensive and thorough review of species and habitats of both community interest and high vulnerability will be carried out. The Danube Delta Biosphere Reserve Management Plan is the primary tool for the ARBDD institution to operate properly in the protected area it has in custody. The deficiencies of the current management plan on the basis of which actions are carried out to protect the biodiversity of the Danube Delta are: the lack of maps and species and habitats mappings, the lack of monitoring plans and in addition in 2020 will lose its validity. The project directly contributes to the acquisition of maps and the book of species and habitats, the plan of actions and measures to improve the conservation status of species and habitats of community importance in accordance with Government Emergency Order No 57/2007 on the regime of protected natural areas, the conservation of natural habitats, wild flora and fauna and Government Decision No 230/2003 on the delimitation of biosphere reserves, national parks and natural parks and the establishment of their administrations. The project will be implemented on the territory of 3 Natura 2000 sites, the sites of Community Importance (SCI) and Special Bird Protection Areas (SPAs) as follows: Danube Delta Biosphere Reservation ROSPA0031 Danube Delta and Razim Complex – Sinoie, ROSCI0066 Danube Delta-marine area ROSCI0065 Danube Delta The area covered by the project with an area of 721261 ha includes Natura 2000 network sites, ROSPA0031 site representing 70,5 %, ROSCI0065 62.9 %, ROSCI0066 29.5 % (English)
