    Hlavním cílem předkládaného projektu je modernizovat informační systém města Kraslice prostřednictvím rozvoje informačního společenství města, tedy vytvořit lepší prostředí pro komunikaci občanů a organizací ve městě s úřadem. Rovněž projekt předpokládá zavedení maximálního počtu samoobslužných elektronizovaných procesů, které přispějí k významnému snížení administrativního zatížení nejen zaměstnanců úřadu, ale také jeho zákazníků.     The main objective of the present project is to modernise the policy of the city of Krusice through the development of the city’s information community, i.e. to create a better environment for the communication of citizens and organisations in the city with the Office. The project also foresees the introduction of a maximum number of self-service electronic processes, which will contribute to a significant reduction in the administrative burden not only on the staff of the Office but also on its customers.
