Projekta mērķis ir modernizēt piecas Ventspils Augstskolas studiju virziena “Informācijas tehnoloģija, datortehnika, elektronika, telekomunikācijas, datorvadība un datorzinātne” programmas:•bakalaura augstākās izglītības programmu "Datorzinātnes";•maģistra studiju programmu "Datorzinātnes";•bakalaura augstākās izglītības programmu "Elektronika";•profesionālā maģistra studiju programmu "Elektronika";•profesionālā bakalaura studiju programmu "Kuģu navigācijas elektronika";attīstīt laboratoriju un auditoriju infrastruktūru, tai skaitā pieeju cilvēkiem ar kustību traucējumiem, nodrošināt studiju programmās nepieciešamo tehnoloģiju pieejamību un ieviest augstskolai nepieciešamos informācijas un komunikācijas tehnoloģiju risinājumus, tādējādi nodrošinot Ventspils augstskolā modernam studiju procesam nepieciešamo un darba tirgus prasībām atbilstošo studiju kvalitāti, dodot iespēju studentiem strādāt ar jaunākajām tehnoloģijām un iegūt iespējami daudz praktisku iemaņu, piesaistīt lielāku skaitu studentu no Ventspils, Kurzemes reģiona, visas Latvijas un citām valstīm.Galvenās projekta darbības ir: •iekārtu, aparatūras, mēbeļu, datortehnikas, tehnoloģiju, programmatūras, materiālu, inventāra un instrumentu iegāde un uzstādīšana;•bezvadu tīkla risinājumu modernizācija;•ēku, telpu, laboratoriju un koplietošanas infrastruktūras attīstība.Projekta rezultātā tiks veikta visu Ventspils Augstskolas studiju virziena “Informācijas tehnoloģija, datortehnika, elektronika, telekomunikācijas, datorvadība un datorzinātne” studiju programmu modernizācija.Projekta kopējās izmaksas ir 1 882 837,00- eiro, no tām 1 600 411,45 - eiro ir Eiropas Reģionālās attīstības fonda atbalsts, kur ERAF atbalsta intensitāte nepārsniedz maksimālo atbalsta intensitāti - 85%.Projekts noritēs laikā no 2017. gada 1. novembra līdz 2021. gada 30. jūnijam.Projektu ieviesīs Ventspils Augstskola. Ieviešana notiks sadarbībā ar Ventspils Domi, nozares uzņēmumiem un tos apvienojošām nozaru asociācijām – Latvijas Informācijas un komunikācijas tehnoloģijas asociāciju (LIKTA) un Latvijas elektrotehnikas un elektronikas rūpniecības asociāciju (LETERA), cilvēkus ar invaliditāti pārstāvošajām organizācijām un organizācijām, kas strādā ar sociālās atstumtības riskam pakļautajiem jauniešiem. The aim of the project is to modernise five study programmes of Ventspils University College “Information technology, computer engineering, electronics, telecommunications, computer management and computer science”:•Bachelor’s higher education program “Computer Sciences”;•Master’s study programme “Computer Sciences”;•Bachelor’s study program “Computer Sciences”; to develop the necessary number of students‘higher education program “Electronics”, to attract the required number of students in Ventspils University of Applied Technology, thus providing the necessary opportunities for the university to work with the necessary information infrastructure;•Professional bachelor study program “Cuuge navigation electronics”; to develop all the necessary laboratory and quality in the study programs of Ventspils University, providing the opportunity for students to acquire the required number of study technologies, thus providing the necessary opportunities for the university to work with the necessary information infrastructure;•Professional Bachelor study program “Cuuvy navigation electronics”; to develop all the necessary laboratory and quality for the study program in Ventspils University, providing the opportunity for students to obtain the required number of study technologies, thus providing the necessary opportunities for university to work with modern technology, thus providing the professional bachelor study program “Cuuģu Navigation Electronics”; to develop all the necessary laboratory and quality for the study programs of Ventspils University of Latvia, by providing the opportunity for students to obtain the necessary skills for the university, thus providing the necessary opportunities for the university to work with the necessary information infrastructure;•Profession Bachelor study program “Cuogital navigation electronics”; to develop all the necessary laboratory and quality of the project in Ventspils University, as well as to provide the opportunity for students to acquire the necessary number of study technologies, thus to the professional master study program “Electronics”;•Professional bachelor study programme “Cuuge navigation electronics”; to develop all the necessary laboratory and quality for students in Ventspils University of Applied Sciences with the opportunity to obtain the necessary number of study technologies in Ventspils University.•Professional Master’s study program “Computer sciences”;•Profession bachelor study program “Computing in Kurzeme States”, to develop all the necessary number of students’ study programs, as well as to obtain the necessary number of study technologies in Ventspils University of Latvia with the opportunity to obtain the required number of study technologies, thus providing the necessary opportunities for the university to work with the necessary information infrastructure;•profesional bachelor study program “Computer Sciences”;•Bachelor’s higher education program “Compust sciences”;•Bachelor’s higher education program “Computer sciences”;•Bachelor’s study •acquisition and installation of equipment, equipment, furniture, hardware, hardware, software, materials, equipment and tools;•Modernisation of wireless network solutions;•Modernisation of building, premises, laboratories and shared infrastructure.The project will result in the modernisation of all study areas of Ventspils University College “Information technology, computer engineering, electronics, telecommunications, computer management and computer science”.The total project costs are 1 882 837.00- euro, from which EUR 1600411.45 will be supported by the European Regional Development Fund. Implementation will take place in cooperation with Ventspils City Council, industry companies and industry associations – Latvian Information and Communications Technology Association (LIKTA) and Latvian Association of Electrical Engineering and Electronics Industries (LETERA), organisations representing people with disabilities and organisations working with young people at risk of social exclusion.
