Projekta iesniedzējs - Profesionālās izglītības kompetences centrs "Rīgas Tehniskā koledža" atbilst Darbības programmas “Izaugsme un nodarbinātība” 4.2.1. specifiskā atbalsta mērķa “Veicināt energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanu valsts un dzīvojamās ēkās” 4.2.1.2. pasākuma “Veicināt energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanu valsts ēkās” mērķim – veicināt energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanu valsta ēkās. Projekta iesniedzējs ir Izglītības un zinātnes ministrijas padotībā esošā izglītības iestāde. Projekta mērķis ir Rīgas Tehniskās koledžas ēkā Lēdmanes ielā 3, Rīgā, kadastra nr. 01000860354009 veikt kompleksus energoefektivitātes pasākumus, īstenojot aktivitāti - ēkas energoefektivitāti paaugstinoši vienkāršotās atjaunošanas darbi pamatojoties uz sertificēta energoauditora izstrādāto energosertifikātu. Veicot energoefektivitāti uzlabojošos darbus, tiks panākts siltumenerģijas patēriņa samazinājums par 63.21 kWh/m2, pēc projekta īstenošanas sasniedzot aprēķināto apkures energopatēriņu 57.09 kWh/m2. Galvenās projekta darbības ir: - energoefektivitātes uzlabošanas pasākumu nodrošināšana - ārsienu un cokola siltināšana, kā arī ēkas jumta siltināšana un hidroizolācijas atjaunošana; - būvuzraudziba; - projekta vadība; - publicitātes nodrošināšana. Kopējais projekta īstenošanas ilgums ir paredzēts 13 mēneši. Kopējās projekta izmaksas ir 316000 EUR, no kuriem Eiropas reģionālā attīstības fonda finansējums sastāda 268600 EUR un valsts budžeta līdzfinansējums sastāda 47400 EUR. (Latvian)

Project submitter – Vocational Education Competence Centre “Riga Technical College” complies with the objective of the specific support objective 4.2.1 of the Operational Programme “Growth and Employment” “To promote energy efficiency improvement in state and residential buildings” 4.2.1.2 “Promoting energy efficiency improvement in public buildings” – to promote energy efficiency improvement in State buildings. The submitter of the project is an educational institution under the authority of the Ministry of Education and Science. The aim of the project is to carry out complex energy efficiency measures in the Riga Technical College building at Lēdmanes Street 3, Riga, Riga, 01000860354009, by implementing an activity – the energy efficiency improvement works of the building are based on the energy certificate developed by a certified energy auditor. Energy efficiency improvement works will result in a reduction in thermal energy consumption by 63.21 kWh/m², reaching an estimated heating energy consumption of 57.09 kWh/m² after project implementation. The main project activities are: Ensuring energy efficiency improvement measures – insulation of exterior walls and cap, as well as insulation of the building roof and waterproofing; — construction supervision; — project management; — ensuring publicity. The total duration of the project is estimated at 13 months. The total cost of the project is EUR 316000, of which the European Regional Development Fund funding is EUR 268600 and the state budget co-financing is EUR 47400. (English)
