    Obiectivul general al proiectului il reprezinta combaterea abandonului universitar si cresterea atractivitatii invatamantului tertiar in cadrul a 5 universitati partenere din regiunile de dezvoltare Nord-Est, Sud-Est si Sud-Vest Oltenia prin intermediul unui pachet complex de actiuni unitare si corelate care vizeaza perfectionarea profesionala a personalului didactic in scopul furnizarii programelor de studii prin metode moderne de predare-invatare dar si in scopul participarii la dezvoltarea unor oferte educationale cu grad ridicat de inovare si cu o importanta componenta aplicativa, urmata de elaborarea a 5 cursuri complementare programelor de licenta axate pe formarea de competente antreprenoriale cu ajutorul unor experiente de invatare de calitate dezvoltate in parteneriat cu mediul privat si finalizata cu furnizarea noii oferte educationale impreuna cu masuri de atragere si fidelizare a tinerilor defavorizati in programele de studii tertiare universitare. Contributia noastra la obiectivul specific al programului se va materializa intr-o oferta educationala de calitate la nivel universitar, deci un sistem de educatie mai performant, ca urmare a imbunatatirii programelor de studii ale celor 5 universitati prin intermediul cursurilor optionale proiectate si dezvoltate pe principii moderne si atractive in randul tinerilor. Prin furnizarea unor programe de studii adaptate cerintelor pietei muncii vom contribui la formarea unor competente utile pentru viitorii actori de pe piata muncii, asadar la cresterea gradului de adecvare a tinerilor apti de munca la nevoile angajatorilor. De asemenea, programele de formare profesionala la care va participa personalul didactic din cele 5 universitati vor reprezenta parghii de dezvoltare a resurselor umane din sistemul national de educatie, favorizand astfel accesul acestora la invatare pe tot parcursul vietii si la actualizarea permanenta a competentelor didactice. In mod colateral, prin asigurarea de noi oportunitati de perfectionare profesionala pentru profesori se va stimula interesul acestora pentru continuarea carierei didactice, deci implicit se va mentine sau chiar va creste nivelul de ocupare. Nu in ultimul rand, prin directionarea unei importante alocari financiare catre tinerii defavorizati, sub forma Bursei Student Antreprenor ce va fi oferita acestor tineri timp de 9 luni, vom contribui in mod direct la facilitarea accesului la servicii de educatie de calitate si astfel la reducerea excluziunii sociale. Pentru indeplinirea O.S.6.7 al prezentului apel, in sensul cresterii participarii la invatamantul tertiar universitar in special a celor din grupuri vulnerabile, proiectul asigura un pachet de stimulente constituit dintr-o suma forfetara lunara in valoare de 300 lei si un program personalizat de consiliere profesionala. De asemenea, se vor realiza o serie de campanii de constientizare in randul elevilor, acestea urmand sa se desfasoare cu precadere in localitatile din care provin cei 5 par (Romanian)

    The general objective of the project is to combat university drop-out and increase the attractiveness of third-country education within 5 partner universities from North-East, South-East and South-West Oltenia development regions through a complex package of unified and correlated actions aimed at professional improvement of teaching staff in order to provide study programs through modern teaching-learning methods but also to participate in the development of educational offers with a high degree of innovation and with an important applicative component, followed by the development of 5 courses complementary to the graduate programs focused on the training of entrepreneurial competences with the help of quality learning experiences developed in partnership with the new educational environment and with the newly completed education environment. Our contribution to the specific objective of the program will materialise in a quality educational offer at university level, so a better education system, as a result of improving the study programs of the 5 universities through optional courses designed and developed on modern and attractive principles among young people. By providing educational programs adapted to the requirements of the labour market, we will contribute to the training of useful skills for future labour market actors, so to increase the adequacy of young people able to work with the needs of employers. Also, the training programs in which the teaching staff from the 5 universities will participate will represent the human resources development levers in the national education system, thus facilitating their access to lifelong learning and the permanent updating of the teaching skills. Collaterally, by providing new opportunities for professional improvement for teachers will stimulate their interest in continuing their teaching career, so implicitly, the level of employment will be maintained or even increased. Last but not least, by directing an important financial allocation to disadvantaged young people, in the form of the Student Entrepreneur Scholarship that will be offered to these young people for 9 months, we will directly contribute to facilitating access to quality education services and thus reducing social exclusion. In order to meet O.S.6.7 of this call, in the sense of increasing participation in third-party university education especially those from vulnerable groups, the project provides an incentive package consisting of a monthly flat-rate amount of 300 lei and a personalised program of professional counseling. Also, there will be a series of awareness campaigns among the students, which will take place mainly in the localities from which the 5 hairs come from. (English)
