Projekta ietvaros tiks veikta degradētās teritorijas revitalizācija Limbažu pilsētas ZA daļā, nodrošinot vides ilgtspēju veicinošu teritoriālo izaugsmi un jaunu darba vietu radīšanu.Projekta galvenās darbības ir: būvprojekta izstrāde, ražošanas ēkas būvniecība, tajā skaitā teritorijas labiekārtošana, būvdarbu autoruzraudzība un būvuzraudzība.Projekta rezultātā tiks uzbūvētā 1421 m2 ražošanas ēka, 2915 m2 asfaltbetona laukumi un labiekārtota teritorija atbilstoši spēkā esošajiem būvnormatīviem un izstrādātajam būvprojektam. Projekts tiks īstenots 11 mēnešu laikā pēc vienošanās par projekta īstenošanu noslēgšanas. Tā kopējās izmaksas ir 1195498.22 EUR, tajā skaitā 937003.36 EUR ERAF līdzfinansējums. (Latvian)

Within the framework of the project the degraded territory will be revitalised in the part of Limbazi city NSA, ensuring environmental sustainability-promoting territorial growth and creation of new jobs. Development of the construction project, construction of a production building, including territory improvement, author supervision and construction supervision.The project will result in construction of a 1421 m² production building, 2915 m² of asphalt concrete squares and a well-maintained territory in accordance with the existing construction standards and developed construction project. The project will be implemented within 11 months after the conclusion of the agreement on the implementation of the project. Its total cost is EUR 1195498.22, including EUR 937003.36 ERDF co-financing. (English)
