OBIECTIVUL GENERAL AL PROIECTULUI: Cresterea capacitatii bazei materiale a TERRA ORDISSUS CONSTRUCT SRL prin achizitionarea a 3 echipamente de ultima generatie Acest obiectiv va avea ca rezultat cresterea nivelului tehnic de dotare, iar odata cu dezvoltarea infrastructurii companiei se vor atinge rezultate cu impact major in productivitatea companiei: o scadere semnificativa a costurilor de realizare a lucrarilor, impact scazut asupra mediului, cresterea calitatii serviciilor si timpi de prestare redusi semnificativ. In acest sens se pot obtine lucrari care necesita timpi de livrare foarte scazuti. De obicei, aceste lucrari aflate sub presiunea timpului de livrare scurt, au valoarea economica mai mare. De asemenea, odata cu achizitia echipamentului, solicitantul isi va putea fortifica gama de servicii existenta. Este stiut faptul ca una din problemele intreprinderilor mici si mijlocii din Romania fata de cele din alte state membre ale UE este legata de diferenta de productivitate, avand repercusiuni la nivel de performante economico-financiare, dar si la nivelul resurselor umane, cu efecte asupra nivelului de salarizare si gradului de ocupare a fortei de munca. OBIECTUL GENERAL AL PROIECTULUI ESTE IN CONCORDANTA CU OBIECTIVUL PRIORITATII DE INVESTITII 2.1. ”Promovarea spiritului antreprenorial, în special prin facilitarea exploatării economice a ideilor noi și prin încurajarea creării de noi întreprinderi, inclusiv prin incubatoare de afaceri” care urmareste consolidarea poziției pe piață a IMM-urilor în domenii competitive identificate în Strategia Națională de Competitivitate şi Planurile de Dezvoltare Regională. Practic, noi, prin proiectul de fata, CONSOLIDAM POZITIA COMPANIEI TERRA ORDISSUS CONSTRUCT SRL (IMM) PRIN ACHIZITIONAREA A 3 ACTIVE (2 BULDOEXCAVATOARE SI O POMPA DE BETON) care vor permite CRESTEREA NUMARULUI DE LUCRARI pe care compania le poate realiza, A LOCURILOR DE MUNCA MENTINUTE SI CREATE si, in mod direct, A CIFREI DE AFACERI rezultata in urma realizarii lucrarilor. OBIECTIVUL GENERAL VA FI ATINS PRIN INDEPLINIREA URMATOARELOR OBIECTIVE SPECIFICE OPERATIONALE: - DEZVOLTAREA CAPACITATII DE REALIZARE A LUCRARILOR DE CONSTRUCTII PRIN ACHIZITIONAREA A 3 ACTIVE NOI (2 BULDOEXCAVATOARE SI A UNEI POPME DE BETON) IN MAXIM 12 LUNI DE LA SEMNAREA CONTRACTULUI DE FINANTARE. - DEZVOLTAREA CAPACITATII ADMINISTRATIVE PRIN EFECTUAREA JUDICIOASA A PROCEDURILOR DE ACHIZITII (ACHIZITIA DE ACTIVE, PUBLICITATE SI PROMOVARE PROIECT SI DE CONSULTANTA) SI PRIN REALIZAREA RAPOARTELOR DE IMPLEMENTARE/MANAGEMENT PE TOATA PERIOADA DE PREGATIRE, IMPLEMENTARE SI SUSTENABILITATE A PROIECTULUI. - CRESTEREA VIZIBILITATII PROIECTULUI PRIN PROMOVAREA, IN CONFORMITATE CU CERINTELE MANUALULUI DE IDENTITATE VIZUALA, A PROIECTULUI, FINANTATORULUI SI PROGRAMULUI DE FINANTARE AFERENT PE PERIOADA DE IMPLEMENTARE SI MONITORIZARE A PROEICTULUI. GENERAL OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT: Increasing the capacity of the material base of TERRA ORDISSUS CONSTRUCT SRL by purchasing 3 state-of-the-art equipment This objective will result in an increase in the technical level of equipment, and with the development of the company’s infrastructure will be achieved results with major impact in the company’s productivity: a significant decrease in the costs of carrying out works, low environmental impact, increased quality of services and significantly reduced delivery times. In this regard you can obtain works that require very low delivery times. Usually, these works under the pressure of short delivery times have higher economic value. Also, once the equipment is purchased, the applicant will be able to strengthen its existing range of services. It is known that one of the problems of small and medium-sized enterprises in Romania compared to those in other EU Member States is related to the productivity gap, having repercussions at the level of economic and financial performance, but also at the level of human resources, with effects on the salary level and the employment rate of the workforce. THE GENERAL OBJECT OF THE PROJECT IS CONSISTENT WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF INVESTMENT PRIORITY 2.1. “Promoting entrepreneurship, in particular by facilitating the economic exploitation of new ideas and encouraging the creation of new businesses, including through business incubators” aimed at strengthening the market position of SMEs in competitive areas identified in the National Competitiveness Strategy and Regional Development Plans. Basically, we, through this project, strengthen the POZITY OF THE TERRA ORDISSUS CONSTRUCT SRL (IMM) BY the acquisition of 3 ACTIVES (2 backhoes and a BETON POMPA) that will allow the increase of the number of work that the company can achieve, of the work places maintained and created and, directly, the CIFREI OF BACERI resulting from the execution of the works. THE GENERAL OBJECTIVE WILL BE ACHIEVED BY ACHIEVING THE FOLLOWING OPERATIONAL SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES: — DEVELOPING THE CAPACITY OF CONSTRUCTION WORKS BY PURCHASING 3 NEW ASSETS (2 BACKHOES AND A CONCRETE POPME) WITHIN 12 MONTHS OF SIGNING THE FINANCING CONTRACT. — DEVELOPING ADMINISTRATIVE CAPACITY BY CARRYING OUT JUDICIOUS PROCUREMENT PROCEDURES (ACQUISITION OF ASSETS, ADVERTISING AND PROJECT PROMOTION AND CONSULTING) AND BY CARRYING OUT IMPLEMENTATION/MANAGEMENT REPORTS THROUGHOUT THE PROJECT PREPARATION, IMPLEMENTATION AND SUSTAINABILITY. — INCREASING THE VISIBILITY OF THE PROJECT BY PROMOTING, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE VISUAL IDENTITY MANUAL, THE PROJECT, THE FUNDER AND THE RELATED FINANCING PROGRAM DURING THE PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION AND MONITORING PERIOD.
