Obiectivul general al proiectului „Extinderea capacitatii de productie a societatii NEW VOG S.R.L.” consta in îmbunatatirea competitivitatii economice prin cresterea productivitatii muncii în cadrul societatii si prin realizarea unei investitii initiale. Obiectivul va fi atins prin extinderea capacitatii de productie a componentelor pentru incaltaminte ca urmare a realizarii activitatilor propuse prin proiect. Proiectul raspunde Prioritatii de investitii 2.2. prin: - Dezvoltarea economica a societatii NEW VOG S.R.L. datorita extinderii activitatii productive desfasurata ca urmare a achizitiei de echipamente noi si performante si angajarea de personal nou. - Consolidarea pozitiei societatii pe piata aflata in plina crestere intr-un domeniu competitiv identificat in Strategia Nationala de Competitivitate si Planurile Regionale de Dezvoltare. - Realizarea unei investitii initiale ce include masuri de imbunatatire a calitatii mediului inconjurator si masuri de asigurare a egalitatii de sanse si tratament. The general objective of the project “Extension of production capacity of NEW VOG S.R.L.” is to improve economic competitiveness by increasing labor productivity within the company and by making an initial investment. The objective will be achieved by expanding the production capacity of footwear components as a result of the realisation of the activities proposed by the project. The project responds to the investment priority 2.2. by: — The economic development of NEW VOG S.R.L. due to the expansion of the productive activity carried out as a result of the acquisition of new and high-performance equipment and the employment of new personnel. — Strengthening the position of the company on the growing market in a competitive field identified in the National Competitiveness Strategy and Regional Development Plans. — Making an initial investment that includes measures to improve the quality of the environment and measures to ensure equal opportunities and treatment.
