Cieľom predkladaného projektu je zlepšenie prístupu obyvateľov MRK v obci Veľké Ripňany k službám obce a to za pomoci dobudovania základnej technickej infraštruktúry.Projekt je v súlade so špecifickým cieľom a za pomoci jeho realizácie sa zvýši a zlepší kvalita a podmienky bývania. V obci žije 55 MRK. MRK v obci Veľké Ripňany žijú v troch separovaných komunitách, pričom tieto komunity spĺňajú definíciu že ide o 3 obydlia v ktorých žije 80% MRK. Spolu v týchto troch komunitách žije 55 obyvateľov MRK. Pre všetkých týchto obyvateľov budeme realizovať projekt a to dobudovanie základnej technickej infraštruktúry, pričom cieľom projektu je vybudovať chodníky od týchto obydlí k službám obce za účelom zlepšenia prístupu obyvateľov MRK k službám a to konkrétne pošte, obecnému úradu. Pri procese verejného obstarávania bude dodržaný sociálny aspekt verejného obstarávania ako i princípy zeleného verejného obstarávania. V rámci realizácie projektu bude naplnený merateľný ukazovateľ P0262 - Počet obyvateľov MRK, ktorým sa zlepšili podmienky bývania prostredníctvom vybudovania/dobudovania pozemných komunikácii v hodnote 55 MRK. Hlavným cieľom projektu je tda zlepšenie kvality bývania obyvateľom MRK prostredníctvom dobudovania základnej technickej infraštruktúry. Špecifickými cieľmi projektu je:- dobudovať chodníky tak, aby mali obyvatelia MRK lepší prístup k službám- zvýšiť životnú úroveň, komfort a bezpečnosť obyvateľov MRK,- desgregácia v zmysle že sa minimalizujú rozdiely k prístupu základným službám medzi majoritným obyvateľstvom a občanmi MRK v obci.Projekt zrealizujeme prostredníctvom jednej hlavnej aktivity: Podpora dobudovania základnej technickej infraštruktúry, ktorá je vo vecnom súlade s typom aktivity ako aj špecifickým cieľom. Úspešné naplnenie stanovených cieľov je zabezpečené naplnením merateľného ukazovateľa uvedeného vyššie. Predkladaný projekt je koncepčne plne v súlade s operačným programom Ľudské Zdroje, prioritná os 6 Technická vybavenosť v obciach s prítomnosťou marginalizovaných rómskych komunít, napĺňa zámery investičnej priority 6.1 Poskytovanie podpory fyzickej, ekonomickej a sociálnej regenerácie zanedbaných komunít v mestských a vidieckych oblastiach prostredníctvom špecifického cieľa 6.1.1 Rast počtu rómskych domácností s prístupom k zlepšeným podmienkam bývania. Zároveň je projekt plne v súlade s územným plánom a PHSR obce Veľké Ripňany. (Slovak)

The objective of this project is to improve the access of the inhabitants of the MRC in the village of Veľký Ripňany to the services of the municipality, with the help of the completion of the basic technical infrastructure. The project is in line with the specific objective and with the help of its implementation will increase and improve the quality and conditions of housing. 55 MRK lives in the village. The MRC in the village of Veľké Ripňany lives in three separate communities, and these communities meet the definition that they are three dwellings where 80 % of the CLLD lives. In total, 55 inhabitants of CLLD live in these three communities. For all these residents we will implement the project, namely the completion of basic technical infrastructure, the aim of the project is to build paths from these dwellings to the services of the municipality in order to improve the access of the inhabitants of the MRC to the services, namely the post office, the municipal office. The public procurement process will respect the social aspect of public procurement as well as the principles of green public procurement. Within the framework of the implementation of the project, the measurable indicator P0262 – Number of inhabitants of CLLD, which improved housing conditions through the construction/acquisition of road 55 CLLD, will be fulfilled. The main objective of the project is to improve the quality of housing to residents of CLLD through the completion of basic technical infrastructure. The specific objectives of the project are:- to complete the paths so that the inhabitants of the MRC have better access to services- to increase the standard of living, comfort and safety of the inhabitants of the MRC,- desgregation in the sense that differences in access to basic services between the majority population and the citizens of the MRC in the village are minimised. We will implement the project through one main activity: Support the completion of basic technical infrastructure which is in line with the type of activity and the specific objective. Successful achievement of the set objectives is ensured by the achievement of the measurable indicator mentioned above. The present project is conceptually fully in line with the Operational Programme Human Resources, Priority Axis 6 Technical equipment in municipalities with the presence of marginalised Roma communities, fulfils the objectives of investment priority 6.1 Providing support for physical, economic and social regeneration of deprived communities in urban and rural areas through specific objective 6.1.1 Growth of the number of Roma households with access to improved housing conditions. At the same time, the project is fully in line with the zoning plan and the SHSR of the village Veľké Ripňany. (English)
