Predkladaný projekt riei modernizáciu a energetickú optimalizáciu verejnej budovy kultúrneho domu a obecného úradu v obci Studenec. Celý objekt je vovlastníctve obce Studenec a slúi výlučne na výkon jej samosprávnych funkcií. V súčasnosti je budova obecného úradu v nevyhovujúcom technickom stave, jehoestetická hodnota je negatívna a prevádzka finančne náročná. Ciežom projektu je preto dosiahnutie niej energetickej náročnosti tejto budovy zateplením obvodového pláa a výmenou otvorových výplní a zateplenímstreného pláa, výmenou zdroja kúrenia a UK. Tento ciež projektu bude naplnený realizovaním jednej hlavnej aktivity projektu a dvoch podporných aktivít. Vďakaimplementácii projektu bude vlastník a prevádzkovatež budovy, obec Studenec, poučený o tom, ako sledova, mera a vies evidenciu o spotrebe energie budovy ačo zo zistených údajov vyplýva, pričom z tohto opatrenia nevzniknú obci Studenec iadne náklady. V rámci projektu vak budú realizované investične náročnéopatrenia, na ktorých uskutočnenie by inak obec nemala dostatok vlastných zdrojov tepelné zaizolovanie obvodového pláa, strechy, výmena okien a dverí nabudove. Ciežovou skupinou projektu sú občania Studenca a primárne obec Studenec, ktorej v rámci energetických úspor odpadnú náklady na ďalie výdavky. Realizáciou projektu budú naplnené povinné meratežné ukazovatele projektu a výsledky tým hlavným bude dosiahnutie úspory. Zníenie spotreby energie jev súlade s poiadavkami smernice 2010/31/EÚ a smernice 2012/27/EÚ. Okrem tepelno-technického zlepenia stavu objektu, bude budova kultúrneho domu aobecného úradu estetický zapada do prostredia obce. Zateplením budovy a výmenou otvorových výplní sa zvýi energetická hospodárnos budovy s minimálnymdopadom na ivotné prostredie, a súčasne dôjde aj k zníeniu finančnej náročnosti chodu obecného úradu. Presented project riei modernisation and energy optimisation of the public building of the cultural house and municipal office in the village Studenec. The whole building is ownership of the village Studenec and serves exclusively for the performance of its self-governing functions. Currently, the building of the municipal office is in poor technical condition, its aesthetic value is negative and the operation is costly. The aim of the project is therefore to achieve the energy intensity of this building by insulation of the perimeter beach and the replacement of hole fills and insulation of the covered beach, replacement of the heating source and the UK. This objective of the project will be fulfilled by implementing one main project activity and two supporting activities. Thanks to the implementation of the project, the owner and operator of the building, the municipality of Studenec, will be instructed on how to monitor, measure and record the energy consumption of the building and what the data show, and this measure will not incur any costs for the municipality of Studenec. As part of the project, however, investment-intensive measures will be implemented, for which the municipality would otherwise not have sufficient own resources to heat insulation of the perimeter beach, roof, replacement of windows and doors in the building. The aim group of the project is the citizens of the Studenec and the primary municipality of Studenec, whose costs for other expenses will be lost in terms of energy savings. The implementation of the project will fulfil the mandatory measurement indicators of the project and the results will therefore be the main one to achieve savings. Reducing energy consumption is in line with the requirements of Directive 2010/31/EU and Directive 2012/27/EU. In addition to the thermal and technical improvement of the condition of the building, the building of the cultural house of the municipal office will be included in the environment of the village. The insulation of the building and the replacement of the opening fills will increase the energy efficiency of the building with minimal impact on the environment, while at the same time reducing the financial burden of running the municipal office.
