Obiectivul general al proiectului il reprezinta imbunatatirea calitatii vietii locuitorilor din municipiu si din imprejurimi, vizand imbunatatirea calitativa atat a infrastructurii cat si a serviciilor culturale, educationale si recreative. Proiectul propus spre finantare contribuie prin incidenta directa la obiectivele Programului Operational Regional, la crearea unui sistem unitar si comprehensiv de servicii cultural-educationale integrate, capabil sa asigure accesibilitatea tuturor categoriilor vulnerabile la servicii de calitate, precum si la calitatea vietii persoanei, in general. The general objective of the project is to improve the quality of life of the inhabitants of the city and surroundings, aiming to improve the quality of both cultural, educational and recreational infrastructure and services. The project proposed for funding contributes through the direct incident to the objectives of the Regional Operational Programme, to the creation of a unitary and comprehensive system of integrated cultural-educational services, capable of ensuring the accessibility of all vulnerable groups to quality services, as well as to the quality of life of the person in general.
