    Obiectivul general al proiectului il reprezinta cresterea participarii la programe de formare profesionala continua pentru cei 651 de angajati/PFA/intreprinderi individuale cu varsta cuprinsa intre 25 si 65 de ani din grupul tinta recrutat de la nivelul Regiunii Sud-Muntenia, in special a celor cu nivel scazut de calificare, din mediul rural defavorizat sau cu varsta peste 40 de ani, in vederea corelarii competentelor acestora cu cerintele pietei muncii, imbunatatirii accesului egal la invatarea pe tot parcursul vietii sub toate formele sale (formal, non-formal si in-formal) si a sporirii flexibilitatii/competitivitatii fortei de munca. Proiectul contribuie la indeplinirea OS 6.12 al AP 6, PI 10.iii. si a rezultatelor asteptate ale acestuia intrucat are drept scop creșterea participarii la programe de formare profesionala continua pentru angajatii cu varsta intre 25 si 65 de ani, cu accent pe cei cu un nivel scazut de calificare, cu varsta peste 40 ani sau din zonele rurale defavorizate, prin implementarea de masuri care vizeaza imbunatatirea accesului egal la invatarea pe tot parcursul vietii sub toate formele sale, in vederea actualizarii/completarii competentelor angajatilor/PFA/intreprinderilor individuale din grupul tinta sau a validarii/certificarii competentelor dobandite anterior de catre acestia, prin metode moderne si eficiente. Obiectivul specific al apelului si rezultatele asteptate vor fi indeplinite prin implementarea urmatoarelor masuri: - Consilierea profesionala a celor 651 angajati/PFA/intreprinderi individuale din grupul tinta (cu accent pe cei cu nivel scazut de calificare, din mediul rural sau cu varsta peste 40 de ani) pentru incurajarea participarii la programele de formare profesionala continua, inclusiv la cele de validare/certificare a competentelor dobandite anterior, in vederea dezvoltarii carierei si identificarii/ocuparii de noi locuri de munca; - Derularea unei campanii regionale de informare si constientizare in randul angajatilor (cu accent pe cei cu nivel scazut de calificare, din mediul rural sau cu varsta peste 40 de ani) privind importanta si necesitatea participarii acestora la programe de formare profesionala continua, inclusiv la cele de validare/certificare a competentelor dobandite anterior; - Dezvoltarea/actualizarea/completarea competentelor profesionale pentru minim 400 de angajati/PFA/intreprinderi individuale din grupul tinta (cu accent pe cei cu nivel scazut de calificare, din mediul rural sau cu varsta peste 40 de ani), prin participarea la cursurile de formare profesionala, dintre care minim 361 (90%) vor fi certificati; - Evaluarea competentelor profesionale dobandite anterior in sistem non-formal si informal pentru minim 251 angajati/PFA/intreprinderi individuale din grupul tinta (cu accent pe cei cu nivel scazut de calificare, din mediul rural sau cu varsta peste 40 de ani), prin participarea la procese de evaluare si certificare a competentelor profesionale, dintre care minim 225 (90%) (Romanian)

    The general objective of the project is to increase participation in continuous training programs for the 651 employees/PFAs/individual enterprises aged between 25 and 65 from the target group recruited from the South-Muntenia region, especially those with low level of qualification, from disadvantaged rural areas or over 40 years old, in order to match their skills with labour market requirements, improve equal access to lifelong learning in all its forms (formal, non-formal and in-formal) and increase the flexibility/competitiveness of the labor force. The project contributes to the achievement of OS 6.12 of AP 6, PI 10.iii. and its expected results as it aims to increase participation in continuous training programs for employees aged 25 to 65, with a focus on those with a low level of qualification, over 40 years old or in disadvantaged rural areas, by implementing measures aimed at improving equal access to lifelong learning in all its forms, in order to update/complete the competencies of employees/PFAs/individual enterprises in the target group or to validate/certify the competences previously acquired by them, using modern and effective methods. The specific objective of the call and the expected results will be achieved by implementing the following measures: — Professional counselling of the 651 employees/PFAs/individual enterprises from the target group (with a focus on those with low level of qualification, from rural areas or over 40 years old) to encourage participation in continuous vocational training programs, including those for validation/certification of previously acquired skills, with a view to career development and identification/employment; — Running a regional information and awareness campaign among employees (with a focus on those with low level of qualification, from rural areas or over 40 years old) on the importance and necessity of their participation in continuous training programs, including those for validation/certification of previously acquired skills; — Development/update/completion of professional skills for a minimum of 400 employees/PFAs/individual enterprises from the target group (with a focus on those with low qualifications, from rural areas or over 40 years old), by participating in vocational training courses, of which at least 361 (90 %) will be certified; — Evaluation of professional competences previously acquired in non-formal and informal system for minimum 251 employees/PFAs/individual enterprises from the target group (with a focus on those with low level of qualification, from rural areas or over 40 years old), by participating in processes of evaluation and certification of professional competences, of which at least 225 (90 %) (English)
