Obiectivul general al proiectului este: Creșterea competitivității întreprinderii EURO MEGA SRL, prin investiții ce au ca scop dezvoltarea activității de producție in domeniul fabricării de mobilă, identificat ca sector competitiv in Strategia Naționala pentru Competitivitate. Obiectivele specifice ale proiectului vor determina un impact pozitiv imediat la nivelul operatorului economic si a comunității locale datorita următorilor factori de progres: realizarea inovării de produs și proces prin diversificarea gamei sortimentale precum și optimizarea întregului fluxului tehnologic al întreprinderii privind fabricarea pieselor de mobilier datorita utilizării unui spațiu nou de producție precum și utilizării unor mijloace de producție automatizate, foarte performante din punct de vedere tehnologic; extinderea si modernizarea funcțiunii de producție a întreprinderii si creșterea gradului de eficientizare a consumului energetic in cadrul procesului de fabricație al operatorului economic; asigurarea calității produselor de mobilier realizate prin implementarea sistemelor de management al calității. Realizarea obiectivelor specifice ale proiectului vor asigura atingerea obiectivului general al acestuia și anume: creșterea competitivității întreprinderii EURO MEGA SRL, prin investiții ce au ca scop dezvoltarea activității de producție in domeniul fabricării de mobilă, identificat ca sector competitiv in Strategia Naționala pentru Competitivitate. Obiectivul general al proiectului investițional este compatibil cu obiectivul specific al Axei prioritare 2 care vizează îmbunătățirea competitivității economice prin creșterea productivității muncii în IMM-uri în sectoarele competitive identificate în Strategia Națională pentru Competitivitate. Creșterea competitivitatii intreprinderii va constitui expresia fireasca a dezvoltarii capacitatii de productie care deriva din implementarea acestui proiect de investitii. Atingerea obiectivelor este posibilă prin realizarea unei infrastructuri industriale adecvate si performante precum si inzestrarea corespunzatoare din punct de vedere tehnologic a facilitatilor industriale. Doar prin îndeplinirea acestor conditii obligatorii va fi posibilă afirmarea firmei pe piata productiei de mobila in conditii de competitivitate. In acest sens, construirea unei hale noi de productie precum si dotarea tehnologica a acesteia in mod corespunzator va reprezenta un proiect de investitii de succes al intreprinderii Euro Mega SRL. Oportunitatile oferite de piata produselor de mobilier aflata in plina ascensiune a determinat orientarea in mod strategic a managementului intreprinderii in directia adoptarii unui plan ambitios de dezvoltare a firmei prin construirea facilitatilor industriale necesare desfasurarii activitatii de productie, adaptate in mod corespunzator din punct de vedere fizic si ergonomic necesitatilor operationale ale fluxului tehnologic al intreprinderii. The overall objective of the project is to: Increasing the competitiveness of EURO MEGA SRL, through investments aimed at developing the production activity in furniture manufacturing, identified as a competitive sector in the National Strategy for Competitiveness. The specific objectives of the project will determine an immediate positive impact at the level of the economic operator and the local community due to the following factors of progress: Achieving product and process innovation by diversifying the range of assortment as well as optimising the entire technological flow of the enterprise in furniture manufacturing due to the use of a new production space as well as the use of automated, highly technologically performing means of production; Expanding and modernising the production function of the enterprise and increasing the efficiency of the energy consumption within the manufacturing process of the economic operator; Quality assurance of furniture products achieved through the implementation of quality management systems. The achievement of the specific objectives of the project will ensure the achievement of its general objective, namely: increasing the competitiveness of EURO MEGA SRL, through investments aimed at developing the production activity in furniture manufacturing, identified as a competitive sector in the National Strategy for Competitiveness. The general objective of the investment project is compatible with the specific objective of Priority Axis 2 which aims to improve economic competitiveness by increasing labour productivity in SMEs in competitive sectors identified in the National Strategy for Competitiveness. Increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise will be the natural expression of the development of the production capacity that derives from the implementation of this investment project. Achieving the objectives is possible through the achievement of an adequate and efficient industrial infrastructure as well as the appropriate technological endowment of industrial facilities. Only by fulfilling these mandatory conditions will it be possible to assert the company on the furniture production market in competitive conditions. In this respect, the construction of a new production hall as well as its technological endowment will be a successful investment project of Euro Mega SRL. The opportunities offered by the growing furniture market has determined the strategic orientation of the enterprise management in the direction of adopting an ambitious company development plan by building the industrial facilities necessary to carry out the production activity, properly adapted from the physical and ergonomic point of view to the operational needs of the enterprise’s technological flow.
