Viziunea de dezvoltare a orasului Baicoi prezentata in STRATEGIA DE DEZVOLTARE DURABILA A ORASULUI BAICOI 2015 - 2020 urmareste transformarea orasului intr-un loc in care vor fi valorificate “resursele locale pentru a se constitui intr-un mediu de viata sanatos, echilibrat, care va oferi posibilitati pentru o viata mai buna tuturor cetatenilor sai.” Investitia "CONSTRUIRE CENTRU CULTURAL - RECREATIV BAICOI – EXTINDEREA, MODERNIZAREA, REABILITAREA, DOTAREA, SCHIMBAREA FOLOSINTEI INITIALE CLADIRE FOST SPITAL HEPATITA" si "CONSTRUIRE TROTUARE SI PISTE DE BICICLETE IN ORASUL BAICOI, JUDETUL PRAHOVA" creaza premisele pentru a raspunde viziunii mentionate, dar si obiectivului strategic al orasului, respectiv “Utilizarea eficienta a tuturor resurselor fizice si umane, pentru realizarea unei dezvoltari economice si sociale durabile, care sa duca pe termen lung la cresterea standardului de viata al populatiei.” Obiectivul general al proiectului vizeaza imbunatatirea serviciilor culturale si recreative din orasul Baicoi prin realizarea unui Centru Cultural – Recreativ dotat cu spatii administrative, sali de spectacole multifunctionale, ateliere de dezvoltare personala, spatii culturale, precum si imbunatatirea spatiilor publice urbane din oras prin construirea de trotuare si piste de biciclete care sa faciliteze un acces ecologic si facil catre destinatii in care se desfasoara activitati esentiale pentru toate categoriile de utilizatori, inclusiv catre Centrul Cultural – Recreativ. Centrul Cultural – Recreativ se incadreaza in categoria A a investitiilor finantate de Programul Operational Regional 2014-2020, Axa prioritara 13, prioritatea de investitii 9B, obiectivul specific 13.1 – Imbunatatirea calitatii vietii populatiei in orasele mici si mijlocii din Romania, respectiv Imbunatatirea serviciilor sociale, educationale, culturale si recreative - Construirea/extinderea/finalizarea/modernizarea/reabilitarea/dotarea cladirilor cu functii culturale si/sau recreative: centre de tineret, centre culturale, centre educationale, centre recreative, biblioteci, muzee, teatre, inclusiv prin schimbarea folosintei initiale a cladirilor. Trotuarele si pistele de biciclete se incadreaza in categoria B a investitiilor finantate de Programul Operational Regional 2014-2020, Axa prioritara 13, prioritatea de investitii 9B, obiectivul specific 13.1 – Imbunatatirea calitatii vietii populatiei in orasele mici si mijlocii din Romania, respectiv Imbunatatirea spatiilor publice urbane. The development vision of Baicoi city presented in the DURABLE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY of Baicoi 2015-2020 aims to transform the city into a place where "local resources will be harnessed to be constituted in a healthy, balanced living environment that will provide possibilities for a better life for all its citizens." the MODERNISATION, REABILITATION, DOTATION, CHANGE of the initial use of the HEPATITA SPITAL SPITY CLADITION" and "TROTUATION AND PISTS OF BICICLES IN Baicoi OR, Prakhova JUDET" create the prerequisites to respond to the vision mentioned, but also the strategic objective of the city, namely "Efficient use of all physical and human resources, in order to achieve a sustainable economic and social development that will lead in the long term to the increase of the living standard of the population." The overall objective of the project aims to improve the cultural and recreational services in Baicoi city by creating a Cultural Center – Recreatively equipped with administrative spaces, multifunctional performance halls, personal development workshops, cultural spaces, as well as the improvement of urban public spaces in the city by building sidewalks and bicycle paths to facilitate an ecological and easy access to destinations where essential activities are carried out for all categories of users, including the Cultural Centre – Recreative. Cultural Center – Recreatively falls within category A of investments financed by the Regional Operational Programme 2014-2020, Priority Axis 13, investment priority 9B, specific objective 13.1 – Improving the quality of life of the population in small and medium-sized cities in Romania, namely Improvement of social, educational, cultural and recreational services – Construction/extension/completion/modernisation/rehabilitation/equipment of buildings with cultural and/or recreational functions: youth centers, cultural centres, educational centers, recreation centers, libraries, museums, theatres, including by changing the initial use of buildings. Sidewalks and cycle paths fall under category B of investments financed by the Regional Operational Programme 2014-2020, Priority Axis 13, Investment Priority 9B, Specific Objective 13.1 – Improving the quality of life of the population in small and medium-sized cities in Romania, namely the Improvement of Urban Public Spaces.
