Cílem projektu je zvýšit odbornou úroveň a kompetence zaměstnanců PETROF, spol. s r.o. a jejích partnerů. Hodláme proškolit 75 zaměstnanců žadatele a partnerů, z toho 64 v rozsahu min. 40 hodin, 20 z nich bude ve věku 55 let. Hlavní cílovou skupinou jsou pracovníci ve výrobě, které budou zaškolovat interní lektoři, specialisté na jednotlivé operace (sesazení, oklížení, intonace, ladění atd.). Významnou aktivitou je školení obsluhy CNC jak pro zaměstnance žadatele, tak obou partnerů. (Czech)

The objective of the project is to increase the professional level and competence of the employees of PETROF, spol. s r.o. and its partners. We intend to train 75 employees of the applicant and partners, 64 of which are at least 40 hours, 20 at the age of 55. The main target group is the manufacturing professionals, which will train the trainers, specialists on an individual basis (setting, toning, tonation, tuning, etc.). A significant activity is training services to the CNC both for the applicant’s staff and for both the applicant’s staff. (English)
