Celem ogólnym projektu jest wzrost efektywności kształcenia zawodowego i jego dostosowanie do wymogów regionalnego rynku pracy oraz zwiększenie szans na zatrudnienie uczniów, co jest zgodne z celem szczegółowym RPO WZ 2014-2020. Projekt jest przedsięwzięciem kompleksowym przygotowanym na podstawie przeprowadzonych, indywidualnie zdiagnozowanych potrzeb i problemów 4 Zespołów Szkół Zawodowych biorących udział w projkecie, prowadzących kształcenie zawodowe na terenie powiatu szczecineckiego, zgodnie z Diagnozą potrzeb zatwierdzoną Uchwałą Zarządu Powiatu Szczecineckiego nr 49/2020 z dnia 26.03.2020 r. Ogółem z kompleksowego wsparcia skorzysta 181 osób, w tym 156 uczniów Techników zawodowych oraz Szkoły branżowej I stopnia i 25 nauczycieli. Przewiduje się realizację 1,2,4,5 i 6 typu projektu, poprzez: •staże uczniowskie organizowane u pracodawców, preferując do udziału w stażu tych uczniów, którzy nie realizują kształcenia praktycznego u pracodawców; •udział w zajęciach prowadzonych w szkole wyższej; •pozaszkolne formy kształcenia ustawicznego w obszarze inteligentnych specjalizacji woj. zach.; •pomoc stypendialną dla uczniów szczególnie uzdolnionych; •zajęć tematycznych poza lekcjami; •doposażenie pracowni zawodowych; •tworzenie klas patronackich; •doskonalenie umiejętności i kompetencji zawodowych nauczycieli kształcenia zawodowego. Projekt skierowany jest do grupy zgodnie z SOOP RPO WZ 2014-2020 oraz Regulaminem konkursu. Rezultatem projektu będzie wsparcie 156 uczniów 25 nauczycieli kształcenia zawodowego oraz wyposażenie szkół dokonane na podstawie indywidualnie zdiagnozowanego zapotrzebowania szkół (5 szkół). Wszystkie wskazane do realizacji formy wsparcia nie są finansowane z innych źródeł, w tym ze środków subwencji oświatowej w tym samym zakresie oraz dla tych samych odbiorców. Projekt jest zgodny z prawodawstwem wspólnotowym i krajowym, w tym z przepisami PZP. (Polish)

The general objective of the project is to increase the efficiency of vocational training and its adaptation to the requirements of the regional labour market and to increase the employability of pupils, which is in line with the specific objective of the ROP WZ 2014-2020. The project is a comprehensive project prepared on the basis of individually diagnosed needs and problems of 4 Vocational School Teams taking part in the project, providing vocational training in Szczecin County, in accordance with the Needs Diagnosis approved by the Resolution of Szczecinecki District Board No 49/2020 of 26 March 2020. In total, 181 people will benefit from comprehensive support, including 156 students of Professional Technicians and Industry School 1st degree and 25 teachers. The project type 1,2,4,5 and 6 is expected to be implemented by: •students organised by employers, preferring to take part in the traineeship of those students who do not provide practical training with employers; •participation in higher education; •non-school forms of lifelong learning in the area of smart specialisation of the voivodship; •scholarship assistance for specially gifted students; •thematic activities outside of lessons; •professional equipment; •creation of patronage classes; •improvement of professional skills and competences of VET teachers. The project is addressed to the group in accordance with the SOOP ROP WZ 2014-2020 and the Rules of the Competition. The project will support 156 students of 25 VET teachers and equip schools on the basis of individually diagnosed school requirements (5 schools). All the forms of support indicated for implementation are not financed from other sources, including educational subsidies to the same extent and for the same recipients.
