Przedmiotem projektu jest realizacja inwestycji początkowej polegającej na budowie nowego zakładu produkcyjnego oraz jego kompleksowe wyposażenie w celu wdrożenia innowacyjnej technologii produkcji okien kontenerowych ze zintegrowaną roletą. Dzięki wdrożonej technologii, stanowiącej wynik prac B+R, wprowadzimy do oferty udoskonalony produkt (innowacja produktowa) - okno kontenerowe z zastosowaniem nowatorskiego rozwiązania w postaci zintegrowanej rolety oraz wymiennymi skrzydłami z nagrzewnicą lub klimatyzatorem, który jest bezpośrednią odpowiedzią na zapotrzebowanie rynkowe w obliczu rosnącej popularności budownictwa modułowego. Realizacja projektu pozwoli nam też na wprowadzenie nowej usługi cięcia paneli elewacyjnych oraz znaczącą poprawę organizacji pracy w przedsiębiorstwie, dzięki wdrożeniu innowacji nietechnologicznej.Inwestycja realizowana w terminie 02.04.2019-30.06.2020 r. obejmie 2 zadania:1. Budowa hali produkcyjnej2. Zakup środków trwałych i wartości niematerialnych i prawnychEfekty rzeczowe:- Liczba przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących wsparcie - 1 szt.- Liczba przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących dotacje - 1 szt.- Inwestycje prywatne uzupełniające wsparcie publiczne dla przedsiębiorstw - 5 038 800,00 zł- Liczba przedsiębiorstw objętych wsparciem w celu wprowadzenia produktów nowych dla firmy - 1 szt.- Liczba przedsiębiorstw objętych wsparciem w celu wprowadzenia produktów nowych dla rynku - 1 szt.- Liczba zakupionych ŚT - 7 szt., tj: linia tnąco-obróbcza - 1 komplet, linia zgrzewająco-czyszcząca - 1 komplet, stół do okuwania skrzydeł - 2 szt., piła do listew przyszybowych z pozycjonerem elektronicznym - 1 szt., prasa do kontroli i szklenia okien - 1 szt., okulary AR - 1 szt.- Liczba nabytych WNiP - 2 szt., tj.: program do planowania produkcji okien - 1 szt., licencja na oprogramowanie AR - 1 szt.Wdrożenie autorskiej technologii i zastosowanie zaawansowanych maszyn umożliwi odpowiedź na potrzeby własne i zapotrzebowanie ze strony rynku, w tym branży budowlanej. The object of the project is the implementation of an initial investment consisting of the construction of a new production plant and its comprehensive equipment in order to implement an innovative technology for the production of container windows with integrated blinds. Thanks to the implemented technology, which is the result of R & D works, we will introduce to the offer an improved product (product innovation) – a container window using an innovative solution in the form of an integrated blind and replaceable wings with a heater or air conditioner, which is a direct response to market demand in the face of the growing popularity of modular construction. Implementation of the project will also allow us to introduce a new service of cutting facade panels and significantly improve the organisation of work in the enterprise, thanks to the implementation of non-technological innovation. The investment carried out between 02.04.2019-30.06.2020 will cover 2 tasks:1. Construction of the production hall2. Purchase of fixed assets and intangible assetsEffects in kind:- Number of enterprises receiving support – 1 piece- Number of enterprises receiving grants – 1 piece- Private investment complementing public support for enterprises – PLN 5 038 800.00- Number of enterprises supported to introduce new products for the company – 1 pcs- Number of enterprises supported to introduce new products for the market – 1 pcs- Number of purchased PCs – 7 units, i.e.: cutting-machining line – 1 set, welding and cleaning line – 1 set, a table for fitting wings – 2 pieces, saw for glazing slats with an electronic positioner – 1 pcs., press for inspection and glazing of windows – 1 piece, AR glasses – 1 pcs- Number of purchased WNiP – 2 pieces, i.e.: program for window production planning – 1 piece, AR software license – 1 piece. The implementation of proprietary technology and the use of advanced machines will enable the response to own needs and demand from the market, including the construction industry. (English)
