Projekt skierowany jest do 190 uczniów i uczennic szkół zawodowych powiatu czarnkowsko-trzcianeckiego (PCT), w tym z Zespołu Szkół w Czarnkowie (ZSC) 100 uczniów/ennic (42 k i 58 m ), Zespołu Szkół Technicznych w Trzciance (ZSTT) 80 uczniów/ennic (20 k i 60 m), Zespołu Szkół w Trzciance (ZSPT) 10 uczniów, a także 14 (4 k i 10 m) nauczycieli i nauczycielek przedmiotów zawodowych pracujący w ZS w Czarnkowie, ZST w Trzciance oraz Centrum Kształcenia Zawodowego w Czarnkowie (CKZ).Cel główny projektu zakłada do 30.04.2022 r. podniesienie zdolności do zatrudnienia 190 (62 k i 128 m) uczniów/nnic ZS w Czarnkowie, ZST w Trzciance i ZS w Trzciance (teren woj. wlkp.) poprzez podniesienie kwalifikacji i kompetencji zawodowych tych uczniów/ennic oraz zwiększenie kwalifikacji i kompetencji zawodowych 14 (4 k i 10 m) nauczycieli/lek. Cel osiągnięty zostanie poprzez realizację dla uczniów/ennic staży i praktyk zawodowych w przedsiębiorstwach, dodatkowych kursów zawodowych, zajęć metodą projektu, poradnictwo zawodowe, doposażenie pracowni szkolnych i CKZ-u oraz kursy doskonalące dla nauczycieli/lek.Projekt realizowany będzie w okresie od 01.06.2020 do 30.04.2022 roku w ZSC, ZST, ZSTT, CKZ. Wszystkie zadania przewidziane do realizacji w ramach projektu wynikają z zapisów indywidualnych Diagnoz opracowanych przez www. szkoły i CKZ przy pomocy merytorycznej Centrum Doskonalenia Nauczycieli w Pile, zatwierdzonej przez organ prowadzący - Powiat Czarnkowsko-Trzcianecki (PCT). Wszystkie zadania real. będą z poszanowaniem zasady równości szans i niedyskryminacji. Projektem objęci zostaną ucz. uczący/e się w zawodach technik: pojazdów sam., logistyk, mechatronik, spedytor, budownictwa, informatyk, organizacji reklamy oraz ślusarz i mechanik sam. Kierunki objęte wsparciem zgodne są z zapotrzebowaniem na rynku pracy w branżach zidentyfkowanych jako branże o największym potencjale rozwój. oraz w zawodami deficytowymi w PCT i powiatach ościennych. The project is aimed at 190 students and students of the Vocational Schools of the Czarnków-Tutian County (PCT), including the School Complex in Czarnków (ZSC) 100 students/ennics (42 k and 58 m), the Technical School Complex in Trzciance (ZSTT) 80 students/ennics (20 k and 60 m), the School Complex in Trzciance (ZSPT) 10 students, as well as 14 (4 k and 10 m) teachers and teachers of professional subjects working at the ZS in Czarnków, ZST in Trzciance and the Centre for Vocational Education in Czarnków (CKZ). The main objective of the project is to increase the employability of 190 students (62 k and 128 m) of ZS in Czarnków, ZST in Trzciance and ZS in Trzciance until 30.04.2022 by improving the qualifications and professional competences of these students and increasing the professional qualifications and competences of 14 (4 k and 10 m) teachers/medicines. The objective will be achieved through the implementation of internships and apprenticeships in enterprises, additional vocational courses, project-based activities, vocational guidance, retrofitting of school and CKZ workshops and improvement courses for teachers/medicines. The project will be implemented from 01.06.2020 to 30.04.2022 at the ZSC, ZST, ZST, CKZ. All the tasks to be carried out under the project result from individual Diagnosis records developed by the schools and the CPC with the help of the substantive Centre for Teacher Improvement in Pila, approved by the leading authority – the Czrynkowsko-Tutcianecki District (PCT). All real tasks will respect the principles of equal opportunities and non-discrimination. The project will include teaching students in the profession of technicians: vehicles alone, logistics, mechatronics, forwarder, construction, IT, advertising organisation and locksmith and mechanic himself. The supported directions are in line with the demand on the labour market in industries identified as sectors with the greatest potential for development. and in the deficit competitions in PCT and neighbouring districts.
