Wnioskodawcą projektu jest Gmina Banie Mazurskie. Celem ogólnym projektu jest usprawnienie realizacji spraw o charakterze publicznym poprzez cyfryzację procesów administracyjnych na terenie działalności gminy. Przewidziano realizację następujących zadań/etapów: - Opracowanie studium wykonalności, - Pełnienie nadzoru przez inżyniera projektu, - Wdrożenie systemów teleinformatycznych i uruchomienie e-usług na 3 i 5 poziomie dojrzałości oraz zakup usług informatycznych i wartości niematerialnych i prawnych, - Zakup środków trwałych, tj. niezbędnego sprzętu informatycznego i oprogramowania, - Działania promocyjne. W wyniku realizacji powyższych etapów zwiększona zostanie zdolność Gminy Banie Mazurskie do usprawnienia spraw o charakterze publicznym poprzez cyfryzację procesów administracyjnych. Projekt zgodny jest z założeniem Osi Priorytetowej 3 – Cyfrowy Region określonym w SZOOP RPO WiM. W projekcie zaplanowano: - wdrożenie 17 e-usług charakteryzujących się wysokim walorem powtarzalności i wysokim poziomem - uruchomienie 6 systemów teleinformatycznych: 1. Centralna platforma e-usług mieszkańca. 2. Zmodernizowany system dziedzinowy. 3. Elektroniczny system obiegu dokumentów. 4. System zarządzania oświatą. 5. System e-zamówienia. 6. System obsługi rady. Uruchomione systemy będą wspomagały realizację zadań publicznych przez Gminę Banie Mazurskie i wpływać będą pozytywnie na poszerzenie dostępu klientów do informacji i zasobów urzędu. Dzięki realizacji projektu wzrośnie liczba urzędowych spraw załatwianych elektronicznie przez grupę docelową projektu – obywateli i biznes z terenu Gminy Banie Mazurskie, dzięki czemu nastąpi usprawnienie procesów administracyjnych gminy i uproszczenie obowiązków urzędowych ciążących na klientach urzędu. The applicant for the project is Bannie Mazurskie Municipality. The general objective of the project is to improve the implementation of public affairs by digitising administrative processes on the territory of the municipality. The following tasks/steps are foreseen: — Development of a feasibility study, – Full supervision by the project engineer – Implementation of ICT systems and deployment of e-services at 3 and 5 levels of maturity and purchase of IT services and intangible assets, – Purchase of fixed assets, i.e. necessary IT equipment and software, – Promotional activities. As a result of the above steps, the Banie Mazurskie Municipality’s capacity to improve public affairs through the digitalisation of administrative processes will be enhanced. The project complies with the assumption of Priority Axis 3 – Digital Region as defined in the SZOOP ROP WiM. The project includes: — implementation of 17 e-services characterised by high reproducibility and high level – launch of 6 ICT systems: 1. Central e-services platform inhabitant. 2. A modernised field system. 3. Electronic document circulation system. 4. Education management system. 5. E-Procurement system. 6. Counselling system. The systems launched will support the implementation of public tasks by the Municipality of Bana Mazurskie and will have a positive impact on broadening customers’ access to information and resources of the office. Thanks to the implementation of the project, the number of official cases handled electronically by the target group of the project – citizens and business from the municipality of Banie Mazurskie – will increase, thanks to which the administrative processes of the municipality will be streamlined and the official obligations incumbent on the clients of the office will be simplified.
