Przedmiotem projektu będzie prowadzenie efektywnego i skutecznego procesu reintegracji społeczno-zawodowej osób zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym w Istniejącym Centrum Integracji Społecznej w Kłomnicach wraz z utworzeniem nowych miejsc wsparcia. Celem projektu jest : Zwiększenie zdolności do zatrudnienia 76 osób w tym 34 Mężczyzn i 42 Kobiet, zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym- mieszkańców Gminy Kłomnice poprzez wsparcie reintegracji społeczno-zawodowej w istniejącym Centrum Integracji Społecznej w okresie realizacji projektu. The subject of the project will be to conduct an effective and effective process of socio-professional reintegration of people at risk of poverty and social exclusion at the Existing Centre for Social Integration in Kłomnice, together with the creation of new places of support. The aim of the project is to: Increase the employability of 76 people, including 34 Men and 42 Women, at risk of poverty or social exclusion – residents of the Municipality of Kłomnice by supporting socio-occupational reintegration in the existing Centre for Social Integration during the project period.
