Projekt polega na kompleksowej termomodernizacji 3 budynku użyteczności publicznej: Ośrodek zdrowia w Kłomnicach, Budynek ZG-2 w Kłomnicach, Przychodnia lekarska w Garnku. Na roboty termomodernizacyjne składają się: Ocieplenie ścian, ocieplenie stropodachu, wymiana stolarki okiennej, ocieplenie stropu nad piwnicą, wymiana drzwi zewnętrznych, montaż zaworów termostatycznych, montaż systemu zarządzania energią, kocioł na pelet, przebudowa systemu grzewczego: modernizacja kotłowni z wymianą kotłów 2 x gaz, Projekt obejmuje instalację 122szt. paneli fotowoltaicznych [polikrystalicznych 280 Wp] na 3 budynkach: Ośrodek zdrowia w Kłomnicach -78 paneli o mocy 21,84 kWp Budynek ZG-2 w Kłomnicach -26 paneli o mocy 7,28 kWp Przychodnia lekarska w Garnku -18 paneli o mocy 5,04 kWp Instalacja będzie wykonana w opcji on-grid bez akumulatorów. W projekcie wystąpią koszty: PFU, audytów, promocja projektu, nadzór budowlany, przygotowanie SIWZ, przygotowanie analizy finansowo ekonomicznej (Polish)

The project consists of a comprehensive thermomodernisation of 3 public buildings: Health centre in Kłomnice, ZG-2 building in Kłomnice, medical clinic in Garnek. Thermomodernisation works consist of: Insulation of the walls, warming of floors, replacement of window joinery, warming of the ceiling above the basement, replacement of external doors, installation of thermostatic valves, installation of energy management system, pellet boiler, reconstruction of the heating system: modernisation of boiler room with replacement of 2 x gas boilers. The project includes the installation of 122pcs photovoltaic panels [polycrystalline 280 Wp] on 3 buildings: Health center in Kłomnice -78 panels with a power of 21.84 kWp Building ZG-2 in Kłomnice -26 panels with a power of 7.28 kWp Medical clinic in Garnek -18 panels with a power of 5.04 kWp The installation will be made in the on-grid option without batteries. There will be costs in the project: PFU, audits, project promotion, construction supervision, preparation of the specifications, preparation of the financial analysis (English)
