Celem zadania jest zmniejszenie kosztów ogrzewania i energii elektrycznej, a także zmniejszenie emisji zanieczyszczeń do atmosfery oraz poprawa komfortu cieplnego w pomieszczeniach budynku Zespołu Szkolno-Przedszkolnego w Chudowie. Rezultatem zadania będzie ocieplenie przegród zewnętrznych obiektów, wymieniona stolarka okienno - drzwiowa, zmodernizowany system grzewczy wraz z instalacjami c.o. i c.w.u. oraz mikroinstalacja fotowoltaiczna na dachu obiektu. W ramach przedsięwzięcia planuje się: - zastąpienie wyeksploatowanych kotłów węglowych i na gaz ciekły nowymi kotłami kondensacyjnymi na gaz ziemny wraz z modernizacją instalacji c.o. i c.w.u. - ocieplenie dachów wełną mineralną (15 cm), - ocieplenie stropu nad ostatnią ogrzewaną kondygnacją wełną mineralną (25 cm), - ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych styropianem (15 cm i 12 cm), - ocieplenie cokołu i ścian poniżej poziomu terenu styrodurem (12 cm i 10 cm), - wymianę stolarki okienno - drzwiowej, - budowę mikroinstalacji fotowoltaicznej. The aim of the task is to reduce the cost of heating and electricity, as well as to reduce emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere and to improve thermal comfort in the premises of the School and Preschool Team in Chudów. The result of the task will be the warming of the external partitions of the objects, the replaced window-door joinery, a modernised heating system together with central and hot water installations, and a photovoltaic micro-installation on the roof of the facility. The project plans to: — replacement of exhausted coal boilers and liquid gas with new condensing boilers for natural gas along with modernisation of central and hot water installations – roof warming with mineral wool (15 cm), warming the ceiling above the last heated mineral wool floor (25 cm), warming the exterior walls with polystyrene (15 cm and 12 cm), – warming of the plinth and walls below the level of the terrain with Styrodour (12 cm and 10 cm), – replacement of window – door joinery, – construction of photovoltaic microinstallation.
