Przedmiot projektu stanowi doposażenie w konieczny sprzęt diagnostyki nieinwazyjnej chorób układu krążenia poradni kardiologicznej: bieżnia ruchoma do wykonywania testów wysiłkowych, oddziału rehabilitacji kardiologicznej: aparat ECHO do echokardiografii przezklatkowej (TTE), zakup sprzętu rehabilitacyjnego dla oddziału rehabilitacji kardiologicznej oraz roboty budowlane – poszerzenie i wybicie otworów drzwiowych pomieszczeń, nowa stolarka drzwiowa, prace rozbiórkowe, wykonanie ścian działowych, instalacji wentylacji grawitacyjnej oraz prac wykończeniowych, a także uzupełnienie instalacji elektrycznej oraz montaż balustrad stanowiących dostosowanie części sal chorych oddziału rehabilitacji kardiologicznej do aktualnie obowiązujących wymogów sanitarno-epidemiologicznych oraz minimalizacji ryzyka rozprzestrzeniania się COVID 19 wśród pacjentów leczonych w SP ZOZ na schorzenia kardiologiczne. Projekt ma na celu podniesienie dostępności do nieinwazyjnej diagnostyki i leczenia schorzeń kardiologicznych poprzez zakup wyposażenia Oddziału Rehabilitacji Kardiologicznej oraz Poradni Kardiologicznej jako odpowiedź na potrzebę rozwoju usług wysokiej jakości diagnostyki i leczenia chorób cywilizacyjnych w zakresie kardiologii. Wytworzona infrastruktura oraz zakupione wyroby medyczne, w tym ilość i parametry, będą adekwatne do zakresu udzielanych przez podmiot świadczeń opieki zdrowotnej. Wnioskodawca w zakresie w/w pracowni świadczy usługi w ramach kontraktu z NFZ. Projekt stanowi samodzielną jednostkę analizy i obejmuje wszystkie zadania niezbędne do zapewnienia funkcjonalności i operacyjności infrastruktury po zakończeniu realizacji zakresu rzeczowego. Dla uruchomienia produktów projektu nie jest wymagana realizacja dodatkowych zadań inwestycyjnych nieuwzględnionych w zakresie rzeczowym. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to provide the necessary equipment for the diagnosis of non-invasive cardiovascular diseases: mobile treadmill for performing exercise tests, cardiological rehabilitation department: ECHO apparatus for transframe echocardiography (TTE), purchase of rehabilitation equipment for the cardiological rehabilitation department and construction works – widening and embossing door openings of the rooms, new door joinery, demolition works, construction of partition walls, gravitational ventilation installations and finishing works, as well as supplementing the electrical installation and installation of balustrades, which are the adaptation of parts of the sick rooms of the cardiological rehabilitation department to the current sanitary and epidemiological requirements and minimising the risk of spreading COVID 19 among patients treated in SPZ for cardiological diseases. The project aims to increase the availability of non-invasive diagnosis and treatment of cardiac diseases by purchasing the equipment of the Department of Cardiological Rehabilitation and the Cardiac Clinic as a response to the need to develop services of high quality diagnosis and treatment of civilisation diseases in the field of cardiology. The infrastructure manufactured and the medical devices purchased, including quantity and parameters, will be adequate to the scope of the healthcare services provided by the entity. In the scope of the above-mentioned workshop, the applicant provides services under a contract with the NFZ. The project is a stand-alone unit of analysis and covers all tasks necessary to ensure the functionality and operability of the infrastructure after completion of the material scope. Additional investment tasks not included in the material scope are not required for the launch of project products. (English)
