    Projekt je zaměřen na podporu vstupu nebo návratu žen ve věku 50 a více let v Jihomoravském kraji na trh práce. V poradenských centrech Brno, Brno-venkov vstoupí do projektu cca 50 účastníků z cílové skupiny. Ti absolvují aktivizační a motivační aktivity, rekvalifikací a kariérové, individuální poradenství.Hlavním cílem je zvýšení zaměstnanosti znevýhodněných osob zprostředkováním zaměstnání a podporou zahájení SVČ - pro minimálně 13 osob.
