Głównym celem projektu Rozwój infrastruktury badawczej w laboratorium RD CANPACK S.A. jest rozszerzenie działalności badawczorozwojowej działu RD. Wychodząc naprzeciw bieżącym potrzebom dział RD planuje poszerzyć spektrum technik badawczych dostępnych w laboratorium. W chwili obecnej dostępna infrastruktura nie pozwala na komplementarne przeprowadzenie badań naukowych czy też badań podnoszących jakość procesu technologicznego i produktu. Efektem realizacji projektu będzie możliwość rozwoju nowych produktów wnioskodawcy m.in.: nowe powłoki wewnętrzne; nowe efekty wizualne niedostępne dla tradycyjnej technologii nadruku; wieczka typu reclosable; nowe rozmiary puszek napojowych; nowe kształty puszki. Projekt umożliwi również rozwój projektów innowacyjnych w obszarze procesu produkcyjnego. Koncepcja projektu obejmuje zakup urządzeń badawczych m.in. w urządzenia do badania tłoczności blachy, system fotogrametryczny do dynamicznych pomiarów, spektrometr XRF, optyczny spektrometr emisyjny, profilometr optyczny, mikrotwardościomierz,szybką kamerę oraz zestaw do preparatyki metalograficznej zawierający precyzyjną przecinarkę, automatyczną polerkoszlifierkę oraz system do trawienia elektrolitycznego. Wymienione urządzenia umożliwią m.in. badania własności wytrzymałościowych, analizę składu chemicznego oraz precyzyjne pomiary geometryczne. Laboratorium RD w swoich zasobach musi posiadać urządzenia i maszyny niezbędne do przeprowadzania testów różnych materiałów i narzędzi. Rozwój nowych produktów wymaga przeprowadzenia kontroli jakości. W ramach projektu Wnioskodawca zamierza kupić Enamel Rater oraz cieplarkę, co umożliwi wykonanie pomiarów szczelności powłoki lakieru wewnętrznego oraz testów przechowalniczych. (Polish)

The main objective of the project Development of research infrastructure in the laboratory RD CANPACK S.A. is to expand the RD department’s research activities. To meet current needs, the RD department plans to expand the range of research techniques available in the laboratory. At present, the available infrastructure does not allow complementary research or research to improve the quality of the technological process and the product. The implementation of the project will result in the possibility of developing new products of the applicant, among others: new liners; new visual effects not available for traditional printing technology; Reclosable lid; new sizes of beverage cans; new shapes of the can. The project will also enable the development of innovative projects in the area of the production process. The concept of the project includes the purchase of research equipment in, among others, sheet metal stamping equipment, photogrammetric system for dynamic measurements, XRF spectrometer, optical emission spectrometer, optical profiler, microhardness meter, quick camera and metalographic preparation kit containing a precision cutter, automatic polishing machine and electrolytic digestion system. These devices will enable, among others, strength tests, chemical composition analysis and precise geometric measurements. The RD laboratory in its resources must have the equipment and machinery necessary to test the various materials and tools. The development of new products requires quality control. As part of the project, the Applicant intends to buy Enamel Rater and a heat-heater, which will make it possible to measure the tightness of the inner varnish coating and storage tests. (English)
