Projekt je zaměřen především na zvýšení zaměstnatelnosti na trhu práce mladých lidí do 25 let věku z Plzeňska, absolventů škol i osob bez kvalifikace, jejichž společným znakem je žádná nebo pouze minimální praxe.Snahou žadatele je, aby veškeré aktivity pomohly účastníkům zvýšit sebedůvěru a motivaci, nasměrovaly je do odborných kurzů a pomohly jim následně uplatnit se na trhu práce. U všech účastníků dojde k výraznému růstu uplatnitelnosti na TP, a to díky získání kvalifikace a praxe. (Czech)

The main focus of the project is to increase employability in the labour market of young people under the age of 25 from Plzeňska, graduate and non-skilled graduates with a common indication of all or only minimal practice.The applicant is expected to help participants to increase self-confidence and motivation, to direct them in training courses and to help them to participate in the labour market. For all participants, there will be a significant increase in the applicability of TP, thanks to the skills and experience gained. (English)
