Realizacja przedmiotowego projektu dotyczy rozbudowy i przebudowy budynku remizy OSP znajdującej się we wsi Karwowo, na potrzeby utworzenia świetlicy wiejskiej funkcjonującej jako centrum aktywności lokalnej. Oprócz prac remontowych istniejącego budynku, projekt przewiduje także zakup wyposażenia budynku. Powstanie CAL jest odpowiedzią na potrzeby lokalnej społeczności zdiagnozowane i zaprezentowane w Gminnej Strategii Rozwiązywania Problemów Społecznych Gminy Stawiski na lata 2018 – 2020 oraz Planie Rozwoju Lokalnego Gminy Stawiski na lata 2015-2020.CAL w Karwowie będzie pierwszym centrum aktywności lokalnej utworzonym w gminie Stawiski. Wyremontowany budynek będzie służył jako miejsce spotkań kulturalno-społecznych lokalnej społeczności, a także jako miejsce odbywania się zajęć służących podniesieniu aktywizacji społeczno-zawodowej. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do wzrostu integracji społecznej oraz aktywizacji mieszkańców na obszarze LGD Kraina Mlekiem Płynąca. Grupą docelową jest społeczność lokalna zamieszkująca wieś Karwowo, a także mieszkańcy okolicznych miejscowości na terenie gminy Stawiski, w szczególności grupy defaworyzowane obszaru LGD Kraina Mlekiem Płynąca – osoby bezrobotne poniżej 35 roku życia, osoby bezrobotne powyżej 50 roku życia oraz osoby niepełnosprawne. Głównym celem projektu jest poprawa aktywizacji społeczno-zawodowej mieszkańców gminy Stawiski, w tym grup defaworyzowanych, poprzez zwiększenie dostępu do infrastruktury społecznej – utworzenie świetlicy wiejskiej we wsi Karwowo funkcjonującej jako centrum aktywności lokalnej. Projekt o wartości całkowitej: 872 305,69 zł, z dotacją na poziomie 85%. Okres realizacji projektu: I-IV kwartał 2020 r. (Polish)

The implementation of this project concerns the extension and reconstruction of the building of the TSO’s firehouse located in the village of Karwowo, in order to establish a rural community centre serving as a centre of local activity. In addition to the renovation works of the existing building, the project also foresees the purchase of building equipment. The creation of the CAL is a response to the needs of the local community diagnosed and presented in the Municipal Strategy for solving Social Problems of the Municipality Stawiski for the years 2018-2020 and the Local Development Plan of Stawiski Municipality for the years 2015-2020.CAL in Karwów will be the first center of local activity created in the municipality of Stawiski. The renovated building will serve as a place for cultural and social meetings of the local community, as well as as a place for activities aimed at increasing socio-professional activation. The implementation of the project will contribute to the increase of social integration and the activation of residents in the area of LAG Land of Floating Milk. The target group is the local community living in the village of Karwowo, as well as the inhabitants of the surrounding villages in the Stawiski commune, in particular disadvantaged groups of the LAG Land of Milk Floating – unemployed persons under 35 years of age, unemployed persons over 50 years of age and persons with disabilities. The main objective of the project is to improve the socio-professional activation of residents of the municipality of Stawiski, including disadvantaged groups, by increasing access to social infrastructure – the creation of a community centre in Karwowo, which is a centre of local activity.
