Przedmiotem projektu jest rozwój technologii informacyjnych i komunikacyjnych w firmie Createch Dziubałtowski Michał z siedzibą w Prószkowie poprzez wsparcie procesów informatyzacji wewnętrznej przedsiębiorstwa, wykorzystania najnowszych osiągnięć technologicznych i organizacyjnych dla wprowadzenia procesów modernizacyjnych wspomagających bieżącą działalność firmy (B2E). Projekt realizowany będzie w okresie 01.04.2020 - 31.03.2021. Zaplanowane w projekcie działania ukierunkowane będą na realizację planów dotyczących wsparcia TIK w przedsiębiorstwie i wpłyną na rozwój inteligentnej specjalizacji regionalnej, określonej w Regionalnej Strategii Innowacji Województwa Opolskiego do roku 2020. Projekt obejmuje 8 zadań i realizuje II TYP projektu: Zadanie 1. Licencje ERP; Zadanie 2. Wdrożenie ERP; Zadanie 3. Mobilny CRM i mobilny proces usługowy; Zadanie 4. Oprogramowanie do projektowania www i biurowe; Zadanie 5. Router/firewall sprzętowy; Zadanie 6. Macierz dyskowa; Zadanie 7. Serwer wraz z wyposażeniem; Zadanie 8. Sprzęt komputerowy. Efektami bezpośrednimi realizacji inwestycji będzie wykorzystanie technologii informacyjno-komunikacyjnych przez przedsiębiorstwo Wnioskodawcy oraz zaangażowanie środków własnych w realizację projektu. Realizacja projektu odpowiada na zidentyfikowane potrzeby wnioskodawcy. (Polish)

The subject of the project is the development of information and communication technologies in Createch Dziubałtowski Michał with its registered office in Prószków by supporting internal computerisation processes of the company, using the latest technological and organizational developments to introduce modernisation processes supporting the company’s day-to-day operations (B2E). The project will be implemented in the period 01.04.2020-31.03.2021. The actions planned in the project will focus on the implementation of plans for ICT support in the enterprise and will contribute to the development of smart regional specialisation, as defined in the Opolskie Regional Innovation Strategy until 2020. The project covers 8 tasks and implements the second TYPE of the project: Activity 1. ERP licences; Task 2. Implementation of the EER; Task 3. Mobile CRM and mobile service process; Task 4. Software for web and office design; Task 5. Hardware router/firewall; Task 6. Disk matrix; Task 7. Server and equipment; Task 8. Computer equipment. The direct effects of the investment will be the use of information and communication technologies by the Applicant’s company and the involvement of own resources in the implementation of the project. The implementation of the project responds to the identified needs of the applicant. (English)
