Celem głównym projektu jest aktywizacja społeczna i kulturowa zabytkowego Obserwatorium astronomicznego w Puławach. Działaniem służącym osiągnięciu tego celu stanie się modernizacja Obserwatorium, które stanowić będzie swoiste centrum wydarzeń organizowanych przez puławskie instytucje działające w obszarze kultury, tj. Młodzieżowy Dom Kultury oraz Powiatowa Biblioteka Publiczna, a także miejsce utworzenia i funkcjonowania instytucji paramuzealnej. W wyniku realizacji projektu powstanie energooszczędny, nowoczesny i wielofunkcyjny obiekt kulturalny, którego program użytkowy i architektoniczny pozwoli na zwiększenie dostępności do oferty kulturalnej oraz podniesienie jej jakości. Osiągnięcie założonego celu mierzone będzie poprzez następujące wskaźniki rezultatu/produktu: Liczba osób korzystających z obiektów (zasobów kultury) objętych wsparciem-710 os./rok; Wzrost oczekiwanej liczby odwiedzin w objętych wsparciem miejscach -1200 odwiedz./rok; Wzrost zatrudnienia we wspieranych podmiotach-1 EPC; Liczba obiektów zasobów kultury objętych wsparciem-1 szt.; Liczba wspartych instytucji paramuzealnych-1szt. Projekt skierowany jest do kilku grup docelowych, najważniejszą z nich będą mieszkańcy Powiatu Puławskiego, odbiorcy oferty MDK oraz PBP, twórcy i artyści, turyści zainteresowani dostępem do dóbr kultury. Zakres projektu obejmuje wykonanie remontu i termomodernizacji Obserwatorium (z wykorzystaniem OZE), zagospodarowanie terenu wokół obiektu oraz wyposażenie go w sprzęt niezbędny do prowadzenia działalności kulturalnej, tj. nagłośnienie, system przekazywania obrazu z teleskopu astronomicznego, budka Bookcrossingowa, Publiczny Punkt Dostępu do Internetu, tyflografika. Zadaniom tym towarzyszą zadania: przygotowanie dokumentacji tech. i studium wykonalności, organizacja imprez kulturalnych promujących dziedzictwo niematerialne powiatu, nadzór inwestorski, zarządzanie projektem, promocja projektu. The main objective of the project is the social and cultural activation of the historical astronomical observatory in Puławy. The modernisation of the Observatory, which will be the centre of events organised by Puławy institutions active in the field of culture, will be an action to achieve this objective, i.e. The Youth Culture Centre and the District Public Library, as well as the place where the paramous institution was created and operated. As a result of the project, an energy-efficient, modern and multifunctional cultural facility will be created, whose utility and architectural program will help to increase accessibility to cultural offer and improve its quality. The achievement of the target will be measured by the following result/output indicators: Number of people using the facilities (cultural resources) supported-710 per year; Increase in expected number of visits to supported locations -1200 visits/year; Increase in employment in supported entities-1 FTE; Number of cultural resource sites supported-1; Number of paramous institutions supported-1pcs. The project is aimed at several target groups, the most important of which will be residents of the Puławy District, recipients of the offer of MDK and PBP, creators and artists, tourists interested in accessing cultural goods. The scope of the project includes renovation and thermomodernisation of the Observatory (using RES), land development around the facility and equipping it with equipment necessary for carrying out cultural activities, i.e. sound system, astronomical telescope transmission system, Bookcrossing booth, Public Internet Access Point, typhograph. These tasks are accompanied by the following tasks: preparation of technical documentation and feasibility study, organisation of cultural events promoting the intangible heritage of the district, investor supervision, project management, project promotion.
