Projekt polega na głębokiej termomodernizacji budynku użyteczności publicznej na terenie Gminy Gomunice. Zakres przedsięwzięcia dotyczy budynku Zespołu Szkolno-Przedszkolnego w Chrzanowicach. Obiekt jest zlokalizowany w miejscowości Chrzanowice przy ulicy Łuckiego 16. Ze względu na swoje przeznaczenie odgrywa bardzo ważna rolę w życiu lokalnej społeczności. W obiekcie planuje się modernizację źródła ciepła z węglowego na odnawialne źródło energii w postaci gruntowej pompy ciepła. Obecna kotłownia jest niewydolna i bardzo zanieczyszcza atmosferę. Planuje się również modernizację systemu grzewczego wraz z instalacją centralnego ogrzewania, ocieplenie stropodachu i ścian zewnętrznych, wymianę drzwi zewnętrznych oraz wymianę oświetlenia na nowoczesne w technologii LED. Dzięki realizacji inwestycji roczne zmniejszenie zapotrzebowania na ciepło wyniesie 91,1%, natomiast oszczędność zapotrzebowania na ciepło i energię elektryczną 89,9% co wynika z przeprowadzonego audytu energetycznego. Grupą docelową projektu są uczniowie, pracownicy szkoły, rodzice uczniów czyli ponad 370 osób. Projekt będzie realizowany zgodnie z zasadami uniwersalnego projektowania, zgodnie z „Wytycznymi w zakresie realizacji zasady równości szans i niedyskryminacji, w tym dostępności dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami oraz zasady równości szans kobiet i mężczyzn w ramach funduszy unijnych na lata 2014-2020”. Planowane do zastosowania w projekcie rozwiązania techniczne w tym w szczególności pompy ciepła charakteryzować będzie wysoki stopień automatyzacji co oznacza, że będą użyteczne dla wszystkich bez potrzeby adaptacji lub specjalistycznego projektowania, a także proste i intuicyjne w użyciu. The project consists of a deep thermomodernisation of the public building in the municipality of Gomunice. The scope of the project concerns the building of the School and Preschool Team in Chrzanowice. The property is located in Chrzanowice on 16 Łuckiego Street. Because of its destiny, it plays a very important role in the life of the local community. The facility plans to upgrade the coal heat source to a renewable source of energy in the form of a ground heat pump. The current boiler room is inefficient and very polluting the atmosphere. It is also planned to modernise the heating system together with central heating, warming of the ceilings and exterior walls, replacing external doors and replacing lighting with modern LED technology. Thanks to the investment, the annual reduction in heat demand will be 91.1 %, while the savings in heat and electricity demand will be 89,9 % as a result of the energy audit. The target group of the project is students, school staff, parents of students, i.e. more than 370 people. The project will be implemented in accordance with the principles of universal design, in accordance with the “Guidelines for the implementation of the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for persons with disabilities and the principle of equal opportunities for women and men under EU funds for the period 2014-2020”. The technical solutions planned for the project, including heat pumps in particular, will be characterised by a high degree of automation, meaning that they will be useful for everyone without the need for adaptation or specialised design, as well as simple and intuitive to use.
