Przedmiotem przedsięwzięcia jest zagospodarowanie terenu przestrzeni publicznej centrum miasta w Barcinie i nadanie tym terenom nowych funkcji. Zakres projektu obejmuje: wymianę nawierzchni, modernizację fontanny, wymianę nawierzchni terenów parkingowych, montaż małej architektury w postaci pergoli, ławek miejskich, koszy śmietnikowych, obszaru siłowni terenowej wraz z montażem urządzeń, montażem zjeżdżalni terenowej dla dzieci oraz wymianą oświetlenia istniejącego i zaprojektowanie nowych punktów świetlnych. Całość zadania zostanie uzupełniona o nasadzenia nowej zieleni. Przedmiotowa inwestycja umożliwi umocnienie przestrzeni publicznej centrum miasta funkcji gospodarczej oraz przywrócenie funkcji społecznej, w tym kulturalnej, edukacyjnej i rekreacyjnej, co przyczyni się do poprawy jakości oferty usług społecznych i publicznych oraz poprawy warunków prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej na terenie obszaru zdegradowanego.Projekt jest zintegrowany z przedsięwzięciami pn.: • Działania animacyjno-kulturalne w Barcinie – edycja I "LATO W MIEŚCIE",• Działania animacyjno-kulturalne w Barcinie – edycja II "W ŚWIĄTECZNYM NASTROJU",• Działania animacyjno-kulturalne w Barcinie – edycja III "KU WIOŚNIE",których przedmiotem są działania mające na celu wspieranie włączenia społecznego mieszkańców z obszaru rewitalizacji, zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym. Projekt będzie realizowany w 2021 roku. Całkowita wartość projektu wynosi 3 501 647,42 zł brutto, koszty kwalifikowane inwestycji kształtują się na poziomie 3 211 035,28 zł, a dofinansowanie to 1 973 823,38 środków unijnych i 321 103,52 z budżetu państwa. The object of the project is to develop the area of the public area of the city centre in Barcin and to give them new functions. The scope of the project includes: surface replacement, modernisation of fountains, replacement of parking surfaces, installation of small architecture in the form of pergolas, urban benches, garbage bins, field gym area with installation of equipment, installation of an off-road slide for children and replacement of existing lighting and design of new lighting points. The whole task will be supplemented by planting a new greenery. This investment will strengthen the public space of the city centre of economic function and restore social function, including cultural, educational and recreational functions, which will help to improve the quality of the provision of social and public services and improve the conditions for conducting economic activity in the degraded area. The project is integrated with projects called: • Animation and cultural activities in Barcin – edition I “LATO IN MIND”,• Animation and Cultural Actions in Barcin – 2nd edition “In THE COURT NOW”,• Animation and Cultural Actions in Barcin – Edition III “KU of the Spring”, which focuses on measures aimed at promoting the social inclusion of residents from the area of regeneration, at risk of poverty or social exclusion. The project will be implemented in 2021. The total value of the project is PLN 3 501 647.42 gross, the eligible costs of the investment are PLN 3 211 035.28 and the co-financing amounts to 1 973 823.38 EU funds and 321 103.52 from the state budget.
