Projekt polega na budowie instalacji fotowoltaicznych na prywatnych budynkach mieszkańców na terenie gminy Barcin. Będą to zarówno budynki mieszkalne (np. dach domu) jak i gospodarcze (np. dach garażu czy grunt). Rozróżnienie na budynki mieszkalne i niemieszkalne jest istotne z punktu widzenia stawki VAT. Dla instalacji na budynkach mieszkalnych wynosi ona 8% a dla pozostałych 23%. W ramach projektu powstanie 33 mikroinstalacji. Żadna z nich nie ma mocy większej niż 10 kWp. W zakres projektu wchodzą również nadzór inwestorski oraz promocja projektu. Przewidywany termin rzeczowej realizacji inwestycji to III kw. 2019 r. – IV kw. 2019 r.Miejscowości w której realizowany będzie projekt to: Barcin, Wolice, Piechcin, Barcin Wieś, Mamlicz, Pturek, Kania, Aleksandrowo, Zalesie Barcińskie, Józefinka.Łączna moc wszystkich 33 mikroinstalacji to 220,69 kWp, z czego każda pojedyncza o mocy mniejszej niż 10 kWp. The project consists of the construction of photovoltaic installations on the private buildings of residents in the municipality of Barcin. These will be both residential buildings (e.g. house roof) and utility buildings (e.g. garage roof or land). The distinction between residential and non-residential buildings is relevant from the point of view of the VAT rate. For installations on residential buildings, it shall be 8 % and for the remaining 23 %. As part of the project, 33 micro-installations will be created. None of them shall have a power greater than 10 kWp. The scope of the project also includes investor supervision and project promotion. The project’s expected material implementation date is Q3. 2019 – Q4 2019.The locations in which the project will be implemented are: Barcin, Wolice, Piechcin, Barcin Wieś, Mamlicz, Pturek, Kania, Aleksandrowo, Zalesie Barciński, Józefinka. The total power of all 33 microinstallations is 220.69 kWp, of which each single unit with a power of less than 10 kWp. (English)
