CEL GŁÓWNY PROJEKTU: Zwiększenie jakości kształcenia praktycznego realizowanego na kierunku pielęgniarstwo w Państwowej Uczelni im. Stefana Batorego dla jej 90 studentów (M:18) poprzez: utworzenie MCSM (remont + wyposażenie);przygotowanie kadry dydaktycznej, technicznej i zarządzającej do pracy w MCSM (19os, w tym M: 3); prowadzenie właściwych działań merytorycznych w MCSM (kształcenie praktyczne studentów oraz działania dodatkowe); do końca lipca 2022r.GŁÓWNE REZULATATY:1. Liczba wdrożonych programów rozwojowych na uczelniach kształcących na kierunkach medycznych opracowanych dzięki wsparciu z EFS 12. Liczba osób, które dzięki wsparciu programu uzyskały uprawnienia do wykonywania zawodu pielęgniarki lub położnej - 343. Liczba studentów pielęgniarstwa która podniosła swoje praktyczne umiejętności zawodowe w wyniku prowadzonego kształcenia w MCSM - 90GRUPĘ DOC. PROJ. zgodnie z zapisami dok. konk. (str. 17) stanowić będą osoby uczestniczące w kształceniu na poziomie wyższym, tj. 90 (M: 18) studentów kierunku pielęgniarstwo realizowanego w PUSB w latach 2020 2022 zgodnie z wymogami określonymi w ustawie z dnia 15 lipca 2011r. o zawodach pielęgniarki i położnej (Dz. U. z 2019r. poz. 576, z póź. Zm.) oraz ustawy z dnia 30 lipca 2018 Prawo o szkolnictwie wyższym (DZ. U. z 2018r. poz. 1668, z późn. zm.). Pośrednio grupą docelową jest sama PUSB oraz jej kadra planowana do zaangażowania w działalność MCSM- 19 os (15 instruktorów; 2 techników, 2 os zarządzające), w tym M: 3.PLANOWANE ZADANIA:1.Utworzenie programu rozwojowego PUSB 2.Wykonanie prac remontowo-adaptacyjnych niezbędnych do uruchomienia MCSM w PUSB 3-8. Zad. związane z wyposażeniem poszczególnych sal MCSM9. Nabycie/podniesienie/uzupełnienie kompetencji kadry dydaktycznej PUSB niezbędnych do obsługi MCSM10. Opracowanie podręcznika symulacji medycznej oraz scenariuszy symulacyjnych11. Realizacja zajęć dla studentów PUSB w oparciu o MCSM (Polish)

MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT: Increasing the quality of practical education in nursing at the Stefan Batory State University for her 90 students (M:18) by: creation of MCSM (refurbishment + equipment);preparation of teaching, technical and management staff for work in MCSM (19os, including M: 3); carrying out appropriate substantive activities in the MCSM (practical training of students and additional activities); by the end of July 2022, the main resulates:1. Number of development programmes implemented at medical education institutions developed with ESF support 12. Number of persons who, thanks to the support of the programme, obtained the qualification to practise as a nurse or midwife – 343. Number of nursing students who have raised their practical professional skills as a result of their training at the MCSM – 90GRUPA DOC. PROJ. in accordance with the provisions of doc. Konk. (p. 17) will be persons taking part in higher education, i.e. 90 (M: 18) students in nursing conducted at PUSB in the years 2020 2022 in accordance with the requirements laid down in the Act of 15 July 2011 on the professions of nurse and midwife (Dz. U. of 2019, item. 576, later. As amended) and the Higher Education Act of 30 July 2018 (DZ. U. of 2018, item. 1668, as amended). Indirectly, the target group is PUSB itself and its staff planned to engage in MCSM- 19 people (15 instructors; 2 technicians, 2 management persons), of which M: 3.PLANED ZADANIA:1.Utworzenie development program PUSB 2. The execution of repair and adaptation works necessary to start the MCSM in PUSB 3-8. Associated with the fitting-out of individual MCSM9 rooms. Acquisition/increase/complement of the competences of the PUSB teaching staff necessary to operate MCSM10. Development of a medical simulation manual and simulation scenarios11. Realisation of classes for PUSB students based on MCSM (English)
