SA 42799(2015/X) W ramach realizowanego projektu Wnioskodawca planuje stworzenie innowacyjnego systemu technologicznego pozwalającego na zbieranie oraz przetwarzanie danych zamówień na odbiory odpadów recyklingowych swoich klientów. W ramach rozwiązania opracowany zostanie mechanizm pozwalający na zebranie danych od klientów co pozwoli na wyeliminowanie dotychczasowego “ręcznego” procesu ich przyjmowania. Dodatkowo, zaprojektowany oraz wdrożony zostanie algorytm, bazujący na wybranych parametrach, przetwarzający zgłoszone zamówienia pod kątem optymalnego zaplanowania ich realizacji. W rezultacie powstanie innowacyjny system, umożliwiający zebranie, przetworzenie oraz planowanie realizacji zamówień klientów co pozwoli na znaczące usprawnienie dotychczasowego procesu. Głównym źródłem innowacji procesowej tego projektu jest stworzenie rozwiązania eliminującego konieczność ręcznego przyjmowania oraz planowania realizacji zleceń co skutkowało będzie zmniejszeniem nakładów pracy na ich obsługę. Co więcej dzięki wykorzystaniu algorytmu optymalizacji planowanych odbiorów Wnioskodawca zyska większą efektywność wykorzystania pojazdów, którymi dysponuje. (Polish)

SA 42799(2015/X) As part of the ongoing project, the Applicant plans to create an innovative technological system allowing the collection and processing of data orders for the collection of recycling waste of its customers. As part of the solution, a mechanism will be developed to collect data from customers, which will eliminate the existing “manual” acceptance process. In addition, an algorithm will be designed and implemented, based on selected parameters, processing the submitted orders for optimal planning of their execution. As a result, an innovative system will be created, enabling the collection, processing and planning of customer orders, which will allow for a significant improvement of the existing process. The main source of process innovation of this project is the creation of a solution that eliminates the need to manually accept and plan orders, which will result in a reduction in the workload for their service. Moreover, by using an algorithm to optimise planned collections, the Applicant will gain more efficiency in the use of the vehicles at its disposal. (English)
