Projekt realizowany będzie na terenie Woj. Świętokrzyskiego, teren miasta Starachowice (znaj.się w Pakiecie Miast Średnich) Łączna powierzchnia objęta projektem wynosi 33,2ha. Celem projektu jest przywrócenie biologicznej aktywności oraz zwiększenie dostępności terenów zielonych poprzez zahamowanie degradacji i zanieczyszczenia zbiornika wodnego Pasternika w Starachowicach.W ramach projektu przewiduje się także stworzenie stałej ścieżki dydaktycznej dotyczącej znaczenia wody w mieście oraz adaptacji do zmian klimatu. Uporządkowanie brzegów Pasternika pozwoli na zapewnienie przyjaznej i wielofunkcyjnej przestrzeni przyciągającej mieszkańców, zapewniając Udrożnienie zbiornika zapobiegnie jego zarastaniu i sprawi, że inwestycje wykonane w ramach rewitalizacji będą służyły mieszkańcom na długie lata.W ramach projektu zaplanowano odnowę grobli znajdującej się na zbiorniku, która została uszkodzona w trakcie powodzi. Zaprojektowane prace obejmuję przeprowadzenie prac przygotowawczych, w tym usunięcie ze skarp i strefy przybrzeżnej grobli rozdzielającej trzcinowisk, porostów i traw. Projekt zakłada również przed przystąpieniem do realizacji projektu rozbiórkę płyt żelbetowych zabezpieczających groblę oraz pomostów dla wędkarzy, w celu ich wtórnego wykorzystania. W celu zwiększenia bezpieczeństwa powodziowego, przeciwdziałania suszom i wyrównywaniu poziomu wód miedzy dwoma częściami zbiornika zaplanowano nadbudowę wyrw rurociągami łącznikowymi oraz nadbudowę skarp narzutem kamiennym. The project will be implemented in the Wars. Świętokrzyskie, the town of Starachowice (known in the Package of Medium Cities) The total area covered by the project is 33.2 hectares. The aim of the project is to restore biological activity and increase the availability of green areas by stopping the degradation and pollution of the water reservoir of Pasternik in Starachowice. The project also envisages the creation of a permanent teaching path concerning the importance of water in the city and adaptation to climate change. Ordering the edges of the Shepherd will allow to provide a friendly and multifunctional space that attracts residents, ensuring the opening of the reservoir will prevent its growth and will ensure that the investments made as part of the revitalisation will serve residents for many years. As part of the project, the restoration of the dike located on the reservoir, which was damaged during the flooding, was planned. The planned works include carrying out preparatory works, including removal from slopes and coastal areas of dividing reeds, lichens and grasses. The project also provides for demolition of reinforced concrete plates protecting the tomb and platforms for anglers before proceeding with the project, in order to re-use them. In order to increase flood safety, to prevent drought and to level water levels between the two parts of the reservoir, it was planned to overbuild the vents by connecting pipelines and the superstructure of the slopes with a stone overlay.
